One person came to do the work and it took about an hour and a half. He left the area clean when he finished. He was thorough and did the job he said he was going to do. He arrived on time. I have used him before and will again. I would recommend him to friends and family.

My call was answered quickly and I was helped by a dispatcher. The service provider arrived an hour later. There had been a storm before he arrived and my house was without power. Jeff completed the service using his flashlight. He was professional and polite and completed the job quickly.

They were extremely punctual and very professional.

Both time they were very responsive, professional and did quick, quality work. They are our go-to plumber.

They arrived at approximately the time I was given when I schedule the appointment. I was also called and given a few minutes notice that they were on their way the day of the appointment. They were polite and neat (they covered the work area with a mat that they had brought). They were efficient and answered all my questions. They were able to repair rather than replace the pop up mechanism saving me additional cost. I have used them in the past and would again.

I thought they were great. The dispatcher was polite and took our information. She scheduled the time the work was to begin and took all the information about working with the Town of Dewitt to shut the water off at the street. The gentleman arrived when he was scheduled, and went immediately to work. He was courteous and explained everything he was going to do. After he was finished, he showed me how everything was going to work. The price was reasonable. Cross Brothers worked in concert with the Town of Dewitt to get this job done, and I think both did very well.

Cross Bros came to provide specific services that an estimator had already been here to look at. Once here, they said the $250 job they quoted would end up being about $3000. Then they looked again, and asked to see my bathroom. They then said they would have to literally pull my bathroom apart to access pipes etc, to truly fix the problem. All this for ONE leaky pipe joint! They said they couldn't repair the one pipe....it would just leak somewhere else! They then left, said they would call...that was over 5 weeks ago! I called someone else in who fixed it. Update 6/23/14: Cross Bros rsponded to my concerns and indicated they had internal problems which resulted in the sonfusion. I accept that explanation and have re-graded them. Unforseen things happen to all businesses.

We have used Cross Brothers Plumbing for many years for various plumbing needs. This is the second water heater they've replaced for us, the first about 15 years ago. In this case, we returned from vacation to discover the water heater had died. We called Cross Brothers, the plumber came as soon as he could, replaced the heater, and was on his way. Very prompt and professional.

I called today and someone came out within the hour. We've had a leak in our bathroom for a while but since we planned to redo the whole bathroom we weren't in a hurry to fix the leak. The leak got a lot worse so we finally broke down and called for service. Jeremiah came out, he was timely, professional and fixed the leak in no time. What I really valued out of this appointment is that he seemed very knowledgeable about his trade and gave us great advise when it comes to redoing our bathroom. Thanks so much!!

Technician was on time and efficient; experience with the scheduler at the main office was excellent ( I had to cancel at the last minute due to a medical emergency and they were very accommodating with the reschedule). Technician replaced the flapper and had the part on hand and did a check on toilet for possible leak of wax gasket and found none so no work was needed on it. He adjusted the pop-up in sink so it can now hold water properly. Work was done efficiently and to my satisfaction. I would use them again with for any plumbing needs.

Same day service was nice. Final price was the same as quoted. The short water heaters were listed for more at Lowe's, so the somewhat higher installed price was reasonable. Cross Brothers had the same size unit, which was better than having to cut pipe to make a taller one fit. Other contractors only had the standard tall units. Very courteous, professional service.

They do good work; the guy who came out a few times was amiable, explained what needed doing, and worked well. The only issue is they are Expensive, and I'm not sure why.

Arrived later than scheduled but called to say so. Spent much more time fixing the problem than was charged because didn't feel that the difficulty was our problem and wanted to make the repair reliabel. It has not reoccurred.

Painless experience. Pleasant and professional. Price, though I don't recall amount, was reasonable, and service call was quick.

Cross Brothers responded promptly. Plumber dispatched to do the jobs (Jeremiah) was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, quite competent.

Guys showed up on time and kept us informed as to what he was doing. Jeremiah was real sharp and even but a matt down in the area where he was working. Also had him fix a leak in an old line in the basement and got the same great results.

They were very good. I don't dislike anything about them. They came when they're supposed to and they got it done. The guy was courteous.

Cross was in and out in a heart beat. They knew what they were doing and did it.He cleaned up and you wouldn't known they were there.

They were great. Provided timely Kitchen and Bath design and pricing with honesty and integrity. Answered all of my questions and provided expert advice. I viewed them as a consultant, not a company just trying to sell me their product. Price was very reasonable. I plan on scheduling work to be performed.

Would recommend them highly. They do excellent work in a timely fashion.

.I called Cross Bros. Plumbing because my kitchen sink was draining slower than normal. I tried the vinegar and baking soda treatment which has worked in the past and I plunged it. It was still very slow. I called Cross Bros because they are close to my home and the serviceman came at the appointed time. I told him the problem and he plunged it, then said it was all set. I poured water down the sink and it was still as slow but he told me that was normal and that there was nothing else he could do. I have been in my home for 25 years and it's never been this slow. He gave me the impression that he wanted this call to be a short one and in was! I am still having problems with my sink and will probably need some major plumbing but I will not be calling Cross Bros Plumbing again!

Member Comments : One of the owners along with a second worker arrived on time. The installation included removing a 13 year old 75 gal.water heater. They installed all the new equipment cited above. The men were professional and friendly. They answered all my questions.They covered all the floors and carpet with tarps. I was extremely happy with the end product and happy I chose this company. I would strongly recommend this company based on the work they performed for me.

Not good. It pays to get a 2nd quote on any job.

The Cross Brothers technician was just that--a technician first, a plumber second. He explained the problem very clearly and concisely, including the mechanics of the root cause, which I appreciated very much. Instead of a long, drawn out repair, he was able to stop the leak with a minor adjustment. If left to my own devices, I would have created a DIY nightmare. Better leave it to the professionals, like Cross Brother.
