YANIK'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

I've had problems with a leaking roof. I've had a couple other roof repair companies attempt to correct the problem however did not return when I called them and said it was still leaking. Randy persisted until he identified the problems and resolved the issue! I couldn't be more satisfied!

I would recommend them to other people.

Well he told us that he was re-pointing the roof and he never re-pointed it all he did was put like a I don't know what you call it like cement over the top of the brick and seal the bricks he didn't actually re-pointed anything and then the flashing he did he just did it the lazy way and instead of making it look good on this very expensive beautiful house, he took the flashing and rapped it around the bottom instead of making it look good as stepping like other house has it step. Even the yard guy that works across the street made a comment that he didn't do a very good job on this kind of a house, it was quick cheap easy repair and then he us that we were getting something else that we didn't get and he charged us money.

Randy and his crew were very professional. Work was estimated to take 5 days and even with some inclement weather they completed the job in five days. We had a couple of things that came up and he willing did them without and added expense. They were very concerned about making sure everything was cleaned up (i.e. no nails in the driveway, the grass, including the neighbors yard, or flower beds. His bid was the lowest of several I received.

My chimney is very steep. While other roofers complained when they saw it, he had no problems with it. He is professional and honest. He gave me an estimate the same day he looked at the chimney. I did not have to wait 6 weeks for an estimate like I had in the past or for estimates that never came. Additionally, the estimate did not change - go up in price as in the past. He called when he said he would, answered his phone, and showed up on time. He gave me different options as he put a lot of thought for what would be best concerning the cost and late time of year. He even cared about the colors matching the house which other roofers did not mention. What was a nightmare for over a year is now over because he is what everyone wants from a contractor.

I was extremely happy with Randy's work. He knew what he was doing and had some very good suggestions for the construction of my new front porch. He was the only contractor that I contacted that gave me a list of references and gave me an extremely fair estimate. All interactions with Randy and his son were very pleasant and the work was accomplished on time. I intend to do future renovations to my home and will definitely contact Randy Yanick before anyone else.

Was excellent from start to finish. Showed up on time for initial estimate and gave an timely written estimate. Answered all questions and discussed options and costs. Was flexible with our schedule and communicated as weather delayed our start date Once we decided on a start date he showed up on time and did all work as we agreed. Communicated regularly throughout the job and did extra tasks such as removing junk from the attic and disposing of unwanted items without charging me every time he did something extra. Is a honest contractor that takes pride in his work and his customer service. Would highly recommend.

Everything went well.

Looked like he did a nice job until it rained and we discovered we had a leak that let in a lot of water over our wood stove. We called him to let him know about the leak and that we were in the process of ordering a new flashing (at our expense) in order to redo the whole job again. My husband decided to do the replacement himself. I was just surprised that the contractor never called to check on the situation and if he could help.

Very well - I would recommend him for any roof projects.

My roof was leaking through and interior wall all the way down to the basement. I had gone into the attic to try and find the leak, but couldn't find anything. He got on the roof and found the problem right away. He sealed the leaking area and and a few others he noticed that could start leaking as well. The person who put the roof on the house didn't seal all of the edges correctly so he fixed those. It's been a couple of months and we've had several thaws, but I have had no leaks. I thought his coast was good especially since it was a Sunday.

Everything went very well. He did a very nice job. He was little bit more expensive than what we have him do in the future but for what we needed, he was fine. His was the highest quote that I received of three quotes. That surprised me because he was the most thorough and the most attentive of the groups that had come over to give me quotes. He is doing in setting all the right things and I think he is doing a very nice job as far as his work. It's just that he is most expensive.

They did a good job. The price was the best bid we had and we had talked to several different roofers. They drove up from about 30 minutes away. We found some local places, but they had the best offer in price. We called a bunch of houses where they had put on nails and they said they were satisfied.

Yanik's Home Improvement did a wonderful job. He responded quickly when I called to get quotes and started the jobs exactly when he said he would. He also did an excellent job cleaning up. I will hire him again.
