Skyline Contracting & Gutters

Mark & his helper/son were quick, honest and did a great job. We thought we might need new gutters but they only needed some support screws and some had pulled away from the house. They were here less than an hour. We would definitely recommend.

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable contractor & pleasant person. Once they started, they found some issues with the house, brought us out, explained why it needed repaired, and offered a very reasonable & cost effective solution in order to fix it right and stay on budget. There was no talk of looming disaster, just it looks bad, but it's a pretty easy fix. The final product was exceptional!

I called Mark, ended up going with him, only because referred by a friend of mine from Randolph, however was same price as everyone else I got quote from. So, I said I'd like to be there when done, he came when I wasn't there, so I had no time to inspect it. He left bits and pieces of metal scrap and screws laying EVERYWHERE. Then it rained a few days later, and my gutters are LEAKING, where they are supposed to be seamless!!! He never responded to my phone calls or Texts as to come back and take a look....And he said since I am paying for the whole bundle of metal, he would leave the rest so I could hang at my own disposal on my garage...He took everything with him, and said if I wanted the rest of the pieces, I'd have to pay him again....STEALER!!!!!!!!!!! I am not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually pretty P*****!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And no itemized bill, just stating $1,000....that's it!!!! I shouldn't have paid him till I inspected it....that's my fault..but as he said, if something was wrong, he would come back and make it right, but NEVER DID AS PROMISED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a large and involved job but was done well and on time. Very respectful of keeping things neat.

They did a good job accommodating our schedules as we had limited availability when looking for estimates. He explained his recommendations well and follow-up with information. Work was completed in a timely manner, and they were available when needed.

I was referred to Skyline Contracting by a friend who's parents had work done on their gutters earlier in the year and were very satisfied with the work. I called Mark, the owner of Skyline Contracting, on a Thursday afternoon and he returned my call on the following Monday. He was very apoligetic for not getting back to me sooner due to a prior commitment over the weekend. It should be noted that I had received a number of estimates prior to speaking to him and had actually planned on going with someone else. Mark and a crew member came over the same day to give me an estimate, answering all of my questions immediately, and offering suggestions as well. The estimate was very reasonable and he stated that they could do the gutter install the very next day. I was so impressed that I hired him on the spot. They showed up the next day right when they said they would and began the work. I was not home at the time, but from what my wife reports, the work was done quickly and the gutters look excellent! I will definitely be using Skyline Construction in the future for any and all gutter needs.

A few companies gave estimates of the work but we were most impressed with this company even though the price was a bit higher than another competitors. Once we decided on this company they were there quickly (less than a week wait). Work was done quickly and looks good.
