Description of Work: Installed carpet in family room, living room, upstairs hallway and stairs as well as slate tile around fireplace. Work was done with extreme care and efficiency. We cannot say enough good things about this experience from working with the customer service rep. who helped us pick the carpet and tile through to the measuring and installation!! Would definitely recommend them and would use again and again!!

+ -1 moreThey came out promptly after contacting them. The work that they did was very good and the carpet condition is still very good. Whatever they charged us was maybe a tad high.
Description of Work: We used Carpet One for carpet services. The original installers did not stretch the carpet properly so we were beginning to get bubbles where the carpet was bulging. They stretched it as it should have been in the first place. They did four rooms.

+ -1 moreWe did not have an immediate response from Carpet One from my initial phone call. In fact, I did have to call again, to see if they would do the work. We were given a specific time when the carpet layers would come, and were told that if they were running late, they would let us know. 1 1/2 hours after they were supposed to be there we hadn't heard anything. I called Carpet One back, who then called their carpet layers, and within 15 minutes of my call, the carpet layers called us and gave us a more accurate ETA. They arrived, looked at the problems, gave us the cost, and with our approval, went to it. To this point (about a month later) the carpet problem has not returned.
Description of Work: We contacted them to see if they would correct problems with carpets we DID NOT purchase from them. We put up a modular 3/1/2 years ago, and the carpets came with the units, and were laid by individuals contracted by our contractor. Carpet One had their carpet layers contact us, set up a date to come, and then corrected the problem (they original carpet layers did not adequately stretch the carpets, so "bubbles" had developed).

+ -1 morethey were quick to get the binding on the sides of the runner done. Then when we were putting it down it was not long enough. They gave me another 2 foot piece to match for free and were very nice about it. The guy (Chris) seemed genuinely concerned and tried very hard t make it a peasant experience.
