Weâ ve been on Lake Chautauqua in Maple Springs since the '60s, witnessing generations and changes along the way. This spring, finding a construction crew with availability and good credentials was no small featâ until we connected with Monroe and More. We saw their construction work trailer in the neighborhood, contacted Dylan, and he came by the same day. The Better Business Bureau A+ Accreditation was helpful in making the family feel comfortable with the company. Dylanâ s quote came fast, was professionally prepared and he answered our questions as we talked through what we wanted. We had M&M update and replace two large porch roofs, two rooflets and the surrounding details and finishings. During that repair we discovered a larger issue, dry root in the window frames where it could not be detected. Ugh. Long story short, the house was built in 1911, different construction methods were used way back then, and some new stuff had been added about 35 years ago and we literally had a rotten mess on our hands two weeks before Memorial Day. Dylan and his crew installed new windows, custom built new window frames, they custom matched, milled and routed the replacement no-knot pine wall boards and finished the job with a smile. Could not be happier!

Two jobs were done by Dylan & Monroe. I am very pleased with outcome of both projects. 1. Rebuild weathered end of front porch, included resetting large windows. 2. Replace exterior cement steps and add railing. Old cement steps demolished and replaced with modern wood like material and iron railing added for safety, Work was done on schedule. Also, Dylan would promptly respond to my calls and send photos of progress as I live in another state.

My special metal siding needed to be done by a professional. Others wouldnâ t work with this siding. They took the challenge and did a fantastic job. Very happy with my metal log siding.

They showed up when they said they were going to show up and got the work done fast even in the pouring rain!!

The guys did an excellent job repairing our ceiling and the communication was superior! They kept in touch every step of the way and weâ re even able to accommodate our expanded needs in a very timely and efficient manner! And they were even able to finish ahead of schedule! Dylan Monroe did a soft roof wash and treatment to eliminate roof moss. He was professional and thorough. He explained the process and application along with the expected outcome. He will return to complete the process in the spring. I am very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to others.

I hired them to wash the house exterior and clean the windows inside and out. Outstanding service and communication, I have no hesitation giving 5 stars. Very friendly and polite, easy to work with, and the work was excellent. I will be hiring them regularly, and have already discussed house re-staining and other services.

They showed up late most days. Their work is sloppy, did not say they were going to spray paint, and left overspray everywhere. Did not finish the job and keep making excuses why they cannot come back.
