 + -1 moreSome people have bad experiences and you don't like to spread bad news but these people gave me the wrong carpeting and then wouldn't stand behind it. I had to go through layer after layer trying to get rid of the carpeting. In the end, they won, I lost. Even the inspector told me, I'm so sorry they did this to you. I said, Okay, thinking it was their inspector that sees this is wrong and surely they're going to tell them they need to replace the carpet and they still didn't. I just hope that people wouldn't use them.
Description of Work: We purchased all our carpeting from HCH Interiors.
