+ 0 moreDave Howard worked three months on a house I bought for my parents-- doing the inside - rewiring- replumbing- bathroom remodel- kitchen remodel-painting- window replacements- door replacements- roof on house and garage. He was always asking questions and explaining his goal for the day.
Description of Work: Dave gave me an estimate to tear off sections of old roofing and replace with new and there were areas that did not need to be removed but just lay over. his suggestion to save on spending more money. He also tore off garage roof and reinforced roofing lumber with new and replaced the roof. He did more than was asked and did not charge extra. Very punctual , and there everyday till the job was done. He also went around with a large magnet to get any nails that he may have missed so none would step on them or get a flat tire. Very nice man. I have had him back doing small odd jobs and he gets them done.
