ceramic tile, remodeling, interior painters
+ 1 moreSigned contract 12-21-10. Terminated on 04-01-11 as still not completed. Debris not completely removed. Paint job was very sloppy. Paint was found on bedroom drapes, the dresser, trim paint on wall, on newly laid rugs. Window in storage area was never changed out. Tile work was excellent. Wood working was good. Was content to work 11:30 am - 2 pm x 2-3 days per week. Work ethic - very disappointing.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel including ceramic tile floor, spray bathtub, install ceramic tile tub surround, replace sink & toilet, paint room, relocate existing ceiling fan, replace light fixture. Open up & box in skylight already installed in roof. Replaced linoleum floors in kitchen & entryway with ceramic tile matching the new bathroom. Repaint entire first floor ceiling, walls & trim. Remove wallpaper from 2 rooms, other rooms were only painted. Add an additional stringer to new stairs on 2nd floor back deck. Partially dismantle & reconfigure storage area underneath 2nd floor deck - remove & reinstall 1 window which will result in replacing a broken window. Remove debris/garbage daily.
