Description of Work: Air conditioner wasn't working. It's an old Sears model and Circle Mechanical could have easily talked me into a complete replacement. Instead, they advised that the unit was probably good for another 5 years with a new fan motor. They replaced the fan within 24 hours and kept the old unit running. Great people to work with, fabulous integrity. I'd strongly recommend Circle Mechanical to anyone needing repair or installation of any new heating, cooling or plumbing work.

 + -1 moreResearch (on-line) equipment designed to solve the problem. Get the equipment manufacturers ideas as to what will work. Then pre-design it yourself....placement , location, etc. I spent 2 months on this.....Worked on-line with Home Water Purifiers and Filters... and quot;This is what I want ......how do I do it ???and quot; Find a plumber who is willing to listen to you. If he's good, he'll provide input and suggestions so that you both and quot;ownand quot; the job. Stay out of the way!!! Supervise, if you want from a distance, and ask questions about what you don't know...but not stupid questions. Build a lasting relationship. Your interest in the project builds on the relationship. After the job is done, the plumber should call back over the next coulple of weeks to see how it's going. Assuming the job goes well and the followup is good, offer to let the plumber use you as a reference, and send folks in to see it (by appointment only).
Description of Work: Installed a complete well water purification system- Iron/Sulfer reduction tank, filters, UV and a tankless water heater. Prior to the work the plumber and I sat down and mapped out complete with sketches the approach I wanted to take and made some small improvements. Arrived on time and worked straight through. Completed a job that I expected would take ,probably, 3 days in less than two days. Extremely difficult working conditions - limited installation area ( 24" x 23" closet) for the water system. The price ranged from $1,500 less to about $12,000 less (which would have included an additon of a 4' x 8' room completely insulated, heated and on a concerte slab). Had some annoying startup leaks which were promptly and professionally addressed. The workers actually LISTENED to my suggestions and needs...a rarity in these days! A couple of months later, had them back to fix my furnace ,which went out at 5:00PM. Fixed with a new blower by 8:00PM. Most recently plumbed the gas line for my generator....same professional work. Needless to say, I have found MY plumber !!!!!!
