+ -1 moreHe showed up and started the job , he did the tree triming and removed the branches, He prepaired the deck and porch, and rebuilt the stair railing. He started some of the primeing. Total cost of the job was to be $1096.00 I was to provide all the materials for the painting and repair work. Mr Steppe was to provide the window paynes to be replaced and he was to provide all the labor. Mr. Steppe took a $561.00 down payment . He started the job on 8/27 came back on 9/2 left at noon and never returned. He had done only part of the job. I tried numerous times to call him and he did not return my calls or answer my voice messages. I feel I was cheated and I am considering leagal action.
Description of Work: Trimed tree branches , built new porch railing for stairs, pressure wash deck, scrap old paint to prepair to repaint trim of house. He was also to prep and primer and paint all trim and porch and deck ,and replace 2 small window paynes. He also repaired roof flashing over a small section of eves over the dinning room window.

+ -1 moreThis is my second experience with Mr. Skeppie and both have been extremely satisfactory. He arrived to give an estimate & measure for needed materials, agreeing to purchase & deliver. Arrived on the agreed upon date, completing the gutters and railings in a timely manner. He also waited until I returned to enter my Home. Top Soil & Mulch obtained and delivered within the promised time frame. He was exacting in his work, cleaned up debris when finished and his conduct was at all times professional. He also did the work for the price specified.
Description of Work: Mr. Skeppie installed gutters to my Home ensuring they drained into my rain barrel as requested. (Purchased materials included in pricing.) He built/installed hand rails down into my basement. (Purchased materials) Delivered top soil and mulch and placed where requested. (Purchased material included in pricing)
