Description of Work: We bought a washer and dryer. They assisted us with making a selection based on our needs. The preice was good-they matched all of the "big box" stores. The set up, delivery and haul away were all included. They came when they said they would and were polite and respectful. They had to change the direction of the dryer door swing, and that took a bit of time, but was done well. They went over how to operate them as well. As a bonus, they took our old washer and dryer, reconditioned the dryer (washer was 30+ yrs old and not worth much) and have it for sale. When it sells, we will get a check for half the profits! Try getting THAT kind of service from a "big box". Without a doubt, an experience that is rare these days.
