replacement windows
+ -1 moreI had a bay window installed in 1996. The previous year I had 9 double hung windows installed. All with a life time warranty. This year I noticed moisture between the panes of the bay window. I called their number for warranty service. Instead I got a person who informed me that Ultra Sash Window factory [US Window Factory] was OUT OF BUSINESS AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID. He told me he "used to work for them and has bought their telephone numbers". He calls his company The New US Window Factory and he works out of Staten Island. I wanted to arrange an appointment to get an estimate for a new window. He took my number but never called back. If you want my business you call back. Beware anyone who had windows installed by the US window factory. Something doesn't seem right.
