It went very badly. I highly suggest to never use this realtor. They do not use MLS and only do exclusives. They were not forthcoming on a lot of details. They are too cheap to spend money. No one ever called to see my house. She never returned my phone calls. After the six months I went with another realtor and my house got sold. They do not know how to sell houses.
Description of Work: This Realtor did nothing to sell my house. I was held hostage fo six months and would not let me out of my contract. I even offered to pay her any money she had spent just to get out of it.

It took place at the open house. The person couldn't come to the open house. She went ahead and screened people to take over the apartment. She called me later that day to tell me the good news and all the information on the new tenant. We told her everything we wanted and expected and she delivered perfectly.
Description of Work: Open house and she ran the apartment over the internet and also screened the tenets.
