Description of Work: It started when Radesh who is the owner of the company came over to give me an estimate to put a sump pump in my basment. I was having sewer water coming in from the city when they sewer is back up. I explain to him the problem and he told me he need to install a sump pump so the pump can pump the water back into the sewer when its backing up. He a sure me that will fix my problem and i will never have that problem again. So i give him a deposit that day to start the job the next day. I have my wife take the day off because he said he will be there 8:00am the next morning. He never showed up until 6pm that day. She called him every two hours and explain to him she took the day off just to get this done. His respond were "i'm coming". He came that day at 6pm and work for an hour and return the following day and finish the job. After one month i had the same problem again with sewer water coming in and flooded my basement. I called him and told him what had happen. His respond was ill send someone to look at it. I also called DEP and they came over and told me i cant have a pump to pump water back into a pipe thats full with water it will never work. They told me i need to take the pump out. I called Redesh back and he started to agrue with me on the phone telling me DEP don't know what they are talking about. We agree that he will take the pump out and give me back $2000.00 dollars. He send his worker two days later to remove the pump. His worker took all day with 20 cigarette breaks. I helped him to take the pump out and put back the rocks and cement it back. I called him the next day for my money. HIs respond was i can only give you back $500.00. I said we agree on $2000.00 where did you get 500.00 from. He had no answer and hang up the phone on me. I had to choice but to take him to small claims court. He is a license plumper and I have a receipt so I will do what it takes to get my money back. He is a scammer and dont know anything what he is doing. I would not recommended him and people stay away from him. Also his english is horrible and you wont be able to understand a word he is saying. I repeat stay away from this guy.
