Removed, cleaned and replaced 4 rooms of drapery and cleaned in place 2 other rooms. Service was personal and professional. Handled both silk and synthetic fabrics perfectly. Would use them again.

He is not professional, he did not know that the fabric would not hold up he brought them back in shreds. He was very rude, loud, and demanding he was also making threats.

Great customer service. Steve and his crew were friendly and careful within the house. Shades and curtains/drapes were all hung perfectly. No complaints. By the nature of the service......pricey. I trusted PRESTIGE with my things and am having them do my rugs, upholstered WALLS, sofa and headboard. Highly recommend.
