5 stars only because I could not select a higher number. Professional, Courteous, reasonable, fast and efficient are all words that I can use to describe this Company. Mack and all of his crew did the type of work they would do if this were their home. Not only were they a joy to work with but they also took time to take care of the small details that most contractors do not do. They do not just do the job, they do it right. Mack offered many suggestions to us that would make the projects much better and he did them with little or no extra charges. He just wants to do things the best possible way. On our last project they installed my greenhouse and parts were missing from the container when it arrived and they insisted on coming back when the parts arrive to complete the job even though I did not expect them to. I am already planning my next projects for them to come do. They always communicated with me about the times they would be working and they were always on time. They always cleaned up when they were done and they came to ask me if they had any questions or concerns

I called and they responded immediately.. Came out to house and gave a reasonable estimate for job.. I hired them and they had the job done in two days, workers were nice and friendly. They matched my siding and you can not even tell where the new siding was installed. Mack and his team finished our detached garage for a new workspace this summer. The garage was only studded, with a cement floor. They installed insulation, hung drywall, added French doors, new windows and molding, new baseboards, painted, and installed carpet. They always showed up on time and worked hard. Any issues that came up were taken care of at once. Mack and his team did a great job and at a very fair price. We are extremely happy with the work that they did and have used them several other time since.

Once approved and underway if they see anything additional needing to be done they call and send pictures if we are not onsite to see for ourselves. Handymack(Mack Rubio) Handyman services remodeled our bathroom. He removed a single door shower and installed a much larger tile shower. where the smaller shower was he put in tile flooring,sheet rocked the walls and painted them. Also shelving was installed and a door put on. it is now a nice storage space for linens and bathroom accessories. The work was completed in less than a week and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and the expert craftsman ship. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a handy man that is competitive on price and gives excellent results. Hats off to you Mack. you are our go to guy when we need anything in the future Thanks for doing a great job.

We had our entire house, 3 car garage and smaller shed completely re-sided and painted through Handymack. The work was fast, cost effective, and beautiful. Everyone was extremely professional and worked with us with every request we had. Judy, Mack wife, was amazing to work with. She was so sweet and did not hesitate to call if they had questions about a paint color, light fixture or our experience. They also tore down our previous front porch and built a new one. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I will 100% hire this company again for the re-modeling of the interior of our home. Thank you Handy Mack

I would like to be able to share the other sentiments, and give his company a good review, but I can not They over promised, and under delivered on everything. The promised to install drywall, and leave ready for paint.. The tape around the living room and den where wall meets ceiling was exposed, needed another coat of mud, and to be sanded again. They were indentations in the drywall in the middle of the ceiling needing sanding. Mack told me a man would be coming Sunday to finish it up, and then turned around the next day saying they were not going to do it. They installed baseboard along with door and window casings in the living room, den, and three bedrooms they promised to caulk, but did not. In the corners of the baseboards were 1/4 - 3/8" gaps. They should have used a coping saw, but did not. Very unprofessional and very rushed work with little concern for the quality of work --which was terrible. . In several places in the corner baseboard one edge was 1/8 - 1/4" out of line with a 1/4 - 1/2 inch gap. The top of the baseboard was loose and not tacked into the walk as it should have been. Casing at the top of two closets was never installed as promised. I was told upon taking the job that once they start they stay there until completion. Not so. Not even close. I was continually told someone was coming to do this or that, and no one showed. Mack wife was complaining she did not know why people were not showing, and they were losing and/or could not keep people. She was very stressed over it. I was told they would be here this past Saturday or Sunday to finish up sanding and installing doors so we could begin painting. They did not show, nor did they call. I had to call them today, Monday, when still they had not called, around mid-morning, to find out what was going on. I still have nothing firm to go on. Not to mention Mack was going to install doors this past weekend only to find he knew little about how to do it after raising his price 50% on the original quote. They may have started strong with others, but they are struggling now. Perfect example of a company growing too fast, taking on too many jobs, taking your money as quick as they can get it, cashing the check that day, and leaving a mess in their wake. I would be very careful about hiring Handymack. (If there was a way to upload pics I would so you could see the poor quality in their work.)

Mack Rubio and his crew were very professional, courteous and thorough. Mack pressured washed, repaired several boards in difficult areas to reach on a two story house, and painted exterior surfaces. He was prompt and cleaned up well after the job. I will use Handymack again and highly recommend him.

A friend advised that we check out Home Advisor, we had never heard about it before so we gave it a chance and I am so happy that we did. We went on their website to review the recommended companies and saw that Handymack Handyman Services stood out with their reviews. We can now see why, we are SO happy with our deck! There were a few minor scheduling mishaps throughout the process, but overall they did a wonderful job. They were willing to do a style of stairs off our deck that they had never done before and were very helpful with the planning process of it all. I was impressed that they did everything in their power to ensure our happiness with the results as well as making sure everything would be up to code, safe and sturdy. I think all parties are very happy with the result! They had great ideas throughout the process that added a personal touch to the deck and made it look even better than imagined. We will definitely use their services for future projects in a heartbeat and will refer to all of our friends as well! We are very satisfied customers that can not wait to enjoy our deck for many years to come!!

I own a condo in Athens. They came in and quickly realigned the wheel on a sliding shower door that was jammed that I had been trying with all my might to repair on my own. THEY INSISTED ON NO CHARGE FOR THEIR HELP! What great people. I am recommending them highly and will use them for all of my future repair/renovation needs.

Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Mack's work is quality and he stated more than once that he wanted to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I am way beyond happy because I have never contracted with anyone who has been as thorough, nor who worked as quickly as Mack. My porch looks great, my siding is no longer bowed out, and the pressure washing made my twelve year old siding look new. I was so impressed I immediately hired him to repair a door frame, stain my back deck, and replace warped deck boards. I will definitely be giving Handymack Services my business in the future because they value me as a customer and I value their honesty, promptness, and attention to detail.

Great Handyman to have for your home. He does not want you to spend more money then you have to so his prices are very reasonable. He did a really good job in fixing my bathroom wall and he even cleaned up the mess. Mr. Rubio was all about business, but I also made some new friends and will continue to use his expertise for future home improvement projects. Very pleased with the work and I highly recommend them for any home.
