 + -1 moreI signed a contract and paid them $500 on 8/21/2015. Prior to coming out, the secretary called and said that they made a mistake with the railings and would have to take another week to get things straightened out. They eventually delivered the railings to the incorrect address so they had to remove them and bring them to my house. I did not accept them because it was not the product I ordered. I called the office and told them I wanted money back since the work was not performed.
Description of Work: I hired them to put iron railings on each side of my steps

 + -1 moreThe railing on the ramp was not measured correctly by their employee and it was brought back to the factory to be fixed. What they did was bend it to the right size and spray paint it with some cheap paint that did not match the other railings.After 6 mons. the railing started to chip . The railing was finally removed, stripped and painted correctly and reinstalled.
Description of Work: Guardian was hired at the recomendation of our landscaper to furnish and install railings in 5 separate location on the exterior of our home. We paid extra for powder coating of the railings with a 7yr. warranty on the painted railings with powder coating. On the day of delivery the railing for the ramp area leading on to the side of our home was measured incorrectly and was not able to be installed, so it was brought back to the factory to be corrected. Thats when the problems began.
