Called Curtis came over to view job within an hour. Gave me a very reasonable price. we scheduled the job for next day and he showed up promptly at the specified time. performed sanding and water based latex on floor. whole job took about 6.5 hours start to finish with no harsh smell or mess. my floor looks amazing! Will definitely hire him again to do my daughters bedroom and hallway.

Went very well everything done in one day. They explained everything that would be done also gave me instructions on how to keep the floors in good condition.

I met Curtis of Floors by D Best through a mutual acquaintance who told me his work was excellent and his prices fair. From the beginning, Curtis was a pleasure to deal with. We wanted to install new wood flooring throughout the entire house so Curtis came by and measured for us, telling us exactly how much we'd need and where to get it at a fantastic price. During the install, he and his crew were completely professional and incredibly efficient. When it came time to test the stains, Curtis worked around our busy schedules to meet us at the house late one night to show us our choices. He prepared the floor and tested the different stains and, as a result, we felt very confident in our decision. Shortly thereafter, he sanded and stained the floors. I heard how dusty and messy this process could be but not with Curtis. He kept the dust to an absolute minimum and actually masked off all the new floor molding in the house. After all was said and done the floors came out amazing and everyone who comes to the house remarks how beautiful they are. We couldn't be happier especially since this is our first home. We highly recommend Floors by D Best for your next flooring project.
