+ -1 moreFor several days with no success, I had been trying to identify an authorized Frigidaire service repair company for my daughter's malfunctioning refrigerator. I left a voice mail for Authorized Repair Service and received a callback the same day. The representative arranged for a technician to come the following day which he did. According to my daughter's full time Nanny, the only "repair" he made was to turn down the refrigerator's thermostat. He left with the check for the service visit and also left another bill for the apparent repair. Needless to say, he did not fix the refrigerator. I finally found a company and a technician who were able to properly diagnose and repair the problem.
Description of Work: Examined and supposedly repaired refrigerator (Frigidaire) that wasn't cooling properly.
