They were very prompt. Materials were ordered and arrived the next day. A crew came and immediately tore out my entire back yard. Within 2 days the yard was transformed and ready for concrete and pavers. His workers were fantastic - worked from sun up to sun down including all weekend. My entire backyard and side was completed in a week. We ran into some problems with the slope and drainage - had to install a dry well (extra cost which he stated ). He also told us that he needed to make 2 steps instead of 1 but did not disclose that that entailed an increase in the price . When we settled the bill at the end we were shocked to find out that we owed him substantially more money - who knew that 1 step would cost so much!. They did a great job but make sure that when he says something that you have him put it in writing on your copy of the contract how much will it cost and that he is very clear about it so that there is no discrepency about the price of things.
