Description of Work: Installed two zone a/c system end of summer 2012. They said they'd come back early summer 2013 to check the freon etc. within a year one of the units stopped working properly. Despite multiple phone calls including an agreed date they didn't show up and stopped returning phone calls. Cowboys.

Stay away from this company. Rodney scheduled an appointment with me. I took the day off from work to be home so he could service our air conditioning unit. After not showing up at the appointed time, I called him. He said he was stuck at another job and would call 45 minutes before coming over. He never showed up or called! Very frustrating. Two days later, I texted him and asked why he didn't show up or notify me. He said he lost his phone. Not professional.
