Description of Work: I have been using Jeffrey for seasonal and monthly maintenance for three years. |He has done Spring annual plantings for me every year. He recently helped me redesign my garden around replacing shrubs that did not make it through the last harsh winter. I would recommend Jeffrey to anyone looking for a professional to help maintain design and /or plant a garden. He is easy to work with. Punctual and trustworthy. And my garden is thriving and beautiful. This is someone that cares about what he does and the plants!
