I needed ceiling repair from water damage. Drywall repair along a seam, and painting. Areti sent someone to repair the job a previous contractor had done which was completely unacceptable. The pro from Areti worked wonders and was a delight to work with! We are beyond thrilled with the quality of the work!

We have nothing but good to say about this company and the employees that have come to do the work. What started out as a back door, new deck, and roof estimate - turned into a major home repair of the sill of our back wall and a new door! The estimate they gave us was spot on with what they did. We added additional concrete work when we realized the foundation stones needed fortifying. Our workers Nate and Jared were respectful, prompt, quiet, hardworking professionals who spent a day working in the pouring rain! We will have this company and workers finish our original project - of a new deck with a roof next spring or summer. We highly recommend them.

This is the second time that Tom from Areti has come to help us with appliance installation and, on this visit, replacing a cast iron sink. It was a difficult job because of how the initial installation had been made when the house was built, but Tom figured out how to get the job done effectively efficiently. Couldn't be happier with how the job turned out!

We hired Areti for a fairly substantial first floor remodel with a focus on the kitchen, and restoring a catwalk on the second floor. We greatly enjoyed working with the entire crew and appreciate their care and professionalism. Bill, Josh, and Isaac were also super accommodating of multiple delays to cabinet orders and things outside of their and our control. Very pleased with the results and experience.

The plumber arrived promptly on time, masked and cheerful, and ready to go. He was professional, efficient, and highly competent. He solved our problem, cleaned up admirably, and made our day!

I e-mailed Josh and he was at my home the next day to repair a leak in my roof he also put black jack around all my vents and painted the bathroom ceiling for me. All of this was done in less than a half a day and Josh did an outstanding job. I've hired Aretri to do another job starting August 1, 2019 to redo my bathroom. I will be sure to refer Areti to all of my friends and co workers. Josh is a very friendly person and a hard worker who doesn't waste any time. If anyone has any work to be done Areti is a fanstastic company . I will hire Areti any time to do work and take my word they will do a great job.

We hired Areti to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom, as well as repair several other aspects of our home (replacing the foyer tile and swapping the closet flooring from carpet to hardwood, installing a new water pump system, resealing skylights, etc). When we initially researched Areti, we learned that it is a young business, but I would encouraged people not to worry about that because they know what they're doing and their work is good. Throughout the process they always emphasized they wanted to make everything exactly the way we wanted it so we would love it--and we do LOVE it! ALL of their employees were VERY friendly and approachable, so I was at ease having them in our home when we weren't there. They were also very prompt at getting back to us with any questions/concerns via phone, text, email, and app. They were always on time when we had an appointment face to face, and we especially appreciate how quickly they came out to fix our water pump when it failed (and this was not part of the original scope of work; but they tackled the extra work without a problem). The quality of their work seems good, however there were a few things that weren't done quite right the first time and that they had to re-do. They do warranty their work, so it didn't cost us more for those hiccups. And Josh and Isaac (who managed our project) seem very thorough in checking the work after its done. Josh also looked over our whole house, basement to roof, and made some suggestions for minor repairs we could do on our own to make our house more functional, safe, and beautiful. We would definitely hire them again for our future home projects. We are very, very pleased with all the work Areti did on our home.

They did an awesome job. They were on time and finished as stated. They tackled problems and resolved them that arose, they are honest and trustworthy. There prices are very reasonable for the quality work they do. I ll hire them again. A Great Company!

This kitchen upgrade included lighting, plumbing, sink replacement, granite counters, and tile back-splash, etc.. I would describe Areti folks like this: Prompt, professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, personable, excellent. We really appreciated the calm, assuring the presence of our contractor Brian. This company did exactly what they said they would do. This all happened in just 3 days! Could not be more pleased!

Josh who dispatched the issue and sent Bill for diagnostic and repair that they were very helpful with my water leakage. It was found multiple pipes were busted due to extremely freezing cold weather in Ithaca. Bill who is an amazing technician that he took care of a problem immediately without hesitation until late evening. I truly appreciate it all their help and will precisely use them for future projects. Recommended!

We chose Areti over two other contractors when we scoped out the work and we are very, very happy with our choice. So far we've done a kitchen remodel and a lot of flooring, and we just got the walkthrough for those and a chance to see them yesterday. We're in the process for working through estimates most of the rest of the house because this has been such a good experience, in every dimension: work quality and code, design quality and advice, overall responsiveness and friendliness. The work itself has been very high quality. We very much like the look and feel of the kitchen and flooring, and there is very good attention to detail overall. There were a few minor things that they plan to fix under warranty, and I expect that with a large amount of work; overall it's very nice and we are really looking forward to when we move back to Ithaca and can start living in the space. They also worked carefully with city permit folks around electrical and smoke detectors installation requirements that were incurred when they did some work to install ceiling lighting. During the design/planning process Bill (owner), Josh (foreman), and Brian (designer) have all demonstrated knowledge, depth, and breadth in their areas, and have been great to work with in terms of friendliness, responsiveness, and timeliness. Brian helped us carefully consider design decisions/alternatives and when Areti need to make calls on their own about design issues that came up during the work, or ones we've pointed out to them, they've been great. I really liked his work with color combos and matching, and he picked a really nice backsplash tile that met our boring subway-style goal but had nice variation that really tied together kitchen elements. Bill and Josh were very careful about structural and electrical issues when they were planning and executing the project; I saw Bill more directly, and it's clear he has strong building knowledge and was very careful to look around at what was there to try to minimize unpleasant surprises and evaluate the feasibility of different solutions. The schedule was reasonable, and the extensions as we added a few items to the original work package made sense and were handled well -- they hit the deadline we were shooting for in the end, and the budgeting was remarkably close as well. The pricing was also pretty good, better than the other two contractors we looked at, and the vibe was also better. We're really glad we picked them.

This changed from a sink repair to a kitchen renovation, so that has not yet really begun. With the planning part, they've been great. No more info on the actual work. a simple shower head ensemble install turned into a bathtub install because of the age of my home(1863). Everything was prompt about this job. The initial look, the followup quote, the tub install. not only polite and friendly but clean!! I would give them a 10 if I could. They have become my "go-to" company.
