Jaime was prompt, courteous, and professional. He gave good advice without being pushy and did a great job providing the work we needed done. He stayed in touch and worked around our schedule. We would definitely hire him again!

Mr Zappala was very prompt in returning phone calls and arrived for appointments on time. His rates are reasonable and he did not try to act as a "salesman" by suggesting additional fixes to anything that wasn't already discussed. I would definitely call him again for any future electrical work.

I found Jaime's name on the Angie's List website and he returned my initial call within 12 hours. I was selling my home and dealing with some specific electrical observations that came up during a home inspection. Jaime was responsive and professional, and he provided a written quote in the specific format required within a day or two. This was all done via email using the photos and verbiage that were provided by the inspector. When Jaime came on site to complete the repairs, he alerted me to some safety/compliance outages within my electrical service box that needed to be corrected. Jaime completed all of the work very quickly and came in within the budgeted quote! He provided an invoice in the specific format that was required by my relocation company and was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him.

My husband called Jaime Zappala and left a message, and received a return call the same day, in the evening, and they discussed our problems: an ungrounded switch/outlet in a basement apt in our house, and kitchen fluorescent lights upstairs in our living space that were flickering and we suspected would need new ballasts. Jaime was able to come out in two days, arrived punctually, and went over everything with my husband, who said he was very informative and discussed the issues with the switch, etc. Jaime also recommended different fixtures for the kitchen lights, which would be more updated (very true!) and lie more flush with the ceiling (our ceiling is somewhat low)--all good recommendations. He went out to get parts, was gone 1.5 hours, which had my husband a bit worried, but came back with everything, saying the first place he'd gone wanted to charge him a ridiculous amount for parts so he had to go across town and got what he needed at Home Depot for a more reasonable price. All in all, everything was fixed to more than our satisfaction, labor cost $240 for four hours, and fixtures/material cost $170 (replace ballasts, 2 kitchen light fixtures, broken switch).

Mr. Zappala was extremely prompt in his call back and we set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived right on schedule and given the perimeters of the job, was able to begin the work immediately. He was able to solve our problems and made suggestions that led to better solutions than I originally proposed. I would definitely call him again for more electrical work. Very neat and professional.

We were very pleased from the start. Mr Zappala responded to our initial call in a timely fashion, and he offered to come the next day to look at the various situations we were concerned about in our recently purchased house. He identified which issues needed to be addressed and which we did not need to worry about. We then scheduled him for a few days later to do the work of running grounded lines to the basement outlets and adding more outlets. He came up with a plan for running the wires over some distance without damaging any walls or ceilings. We were very happy with the quality of the work. We also thought he showed a high degree of professionalism, including arriving just when he said he would, working straight through, and leaving the house very neat.

Mr. Zappala returned our call promptly, and there was no trouble setting up an appointment. He arrived on time (had a little trouble finding our house, and used his cell phone to call us.) He did the work competently and explained what he was doing. If we need electrical work in the future, we will call on him.

They are fantastic, honest and know what they are doing.
