His work itself was excellent. The problem was that we agreed upon a price, and he kept raising it (I only knew about the raises from the bills he sent; he never informed or consulted me about it), and didn't respond to my inquiries regarding why the price was going up without discussion or agreement. Apparently he changed his contact information while keeping his old contact information on the bills he sent out. I finally paid him for the plows he had done at the price we had agreed upon and terminated the relationship.

He's been terrific. I'm a long-distance landlord and he's made it very easy to know that my tenants will have no problem getting in and out of their home in the winter. He's extremely nice, a good communicator, accessible, and responsible. He makes it easy to contact him and get a response if there's any special need. I plan to keep on using him as long as he's in this business. (He's a general contractor as well.)

I have used this company over 30 years and he regularly plows my snow. His price has only gone up 3$ in 30 years! He is very realiable, shows up early and gets the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend him.
