I could not use them because their prices are much higher than I can afford. I worked with them on two different jobs several years ago. They do fine work and are very professional and reliable.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Sunny Brook Builders to close off some cracks and holes in my house that mice were using to get in. I also wanted them to do a few other things around my house.

Thanks Member for your honest opinion and feedback. Member is correct when she says our prices are more than some can afford or are willing to pay. Her honesty is also why she rated us with an "A" in all other categories. You get competence, quality, customer service and a lot more when you hire Sunny Brook Builders and not everyone can afford our services and we are not the best match for all clients. Like Member, most people would like to have it done right the first time so they don't get an inexpensive solution that is poorly done or done incorrectly and then have to pay to have it done again the right way. If the original builder of her home had done more right, she would not have to deal with the issues we helped her solve. Remember that your home is one of your biggest investments and maintaining it along the way helps to keep costs down in the long run.
