+ -1 moreWe had a new service panel installed in January by a general contractor. Though that work was fine, the installation replicted the original wiring choices, and there turned out to be several problems with this. After three calls to general handy people and a very embarrassing surprise during the inspection of the home we're selling, we called Sparks. They had one of their electricians, Carol, at our house within two hours, and she was truly excellent. She diagnosed a half-dozen obscure-seeming problems in the panel wiring, some minor safety concerns that had left some circuits maddeningly dead, even with new breakers. Another electrician, Tom, came out to help her, and they had everything in order while the buyer's inspector watched. Fabulous experience all around, and the price was shockingly low for the work they did. We've not had a problem since.
