Description of Work: "Again we called Carl at Sovereign Builders to give us ideas about what to do with our old, massive falling down and unsafe deck. He suggested, starting over with a deck attached to the house that was manageable, yet big enough for gatherings. We were so glad we went ahead with the new deck. Carl and Andy did a great job and the deck is beautiful. These two don't mess around when they have a job, they work hard and they know what their doing. They show up on time and are mindful about the area in which they work is cleaned up."
