Sears Pyramid Mall

We placed the order at Sears in Pyramid mall with Nick G. Read the above. On the followup we asked to speak to the manager. He was not in but called the next day at our request. He reported there had been a delay. He did not accept any responsibility other than the one of returning our call. When asked "Why was the order allowed to go through and why were there reminder calls when there was no refrigerator available?" He was silent. I emailed Sears though their feedback channel to complain and I have not received a response. We have ordered four appliances from Sears. Two dishwashers, a dryer and this refrigerator. We had several reasons to trust them so this was a surprise. In the past Sears has been more reliable. Probably I would feel better about this experience if Sears had offered to loan the family a refrigerator while the "delay" or discontinuance was resolved. Sears made no such offer and the manager Shawn was not helpful. We are still not sure what happened. Was it the delivery set up? Was it the way the order was processed? Because of the uncertainty we will not order through Sears again.
