They hired a subcontractor for the job, who hired cheap labor, and Lowes had a falling-out with the sub-contractor so no one took responsibility!!. The wood floor is incorrectly installed (I have a concrete subfloor), they are still figuring out how to fix the huge gaps in the floor. After taking full payment in advance, the Lowe's project manager suddenly stopped responding to my messages! The work was delayed by days, refrigerator delivered faulty and then took me three trips to the store manager to get a new one. The current person is actually responsive and is working with me to try and fix the floor, let's see where this goes. They didn't charge anything because it was under the extended warranty. They cleaned the stuffs in the pump as it was not working. They did a good job. It wasn't the same day it was over the weekend they were able to get me in. He did a good job. I didn't have any problems with the washing machine.
