Description of Work: On two successive days Gary Burgess re-stretched my carpets in living room, master bedroom, little bedroom and hall. He worked very hard and did a super, professional job. He was a very clean worker--left no mess at all. My carpets were buckling mightily, and it looked especially ugly in the living room. He used the big stretcher and cut off a lot of excess carpet. He put it back on the pins, and he totally removed the buckles, so that there was no longer even a line visible. He was also extremely nice and forthcoming with information. It was especially helpful that he came on two successive days, so that things could be moved more easily. The final bill was even a bit under his estimate. He moved the piano and two lounge chairs, and I moved the rest.I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

 + -1 moreGary Burgess did a beautiful, professional job, cleaned up the mess, left me some remnants at my request, came when he said he would, and gave me an excellent reference for a carpet cleaning service. I'd certainly hire him again.I have no experience with any other installers who may work for the same company.
Description of Work: He ripped up the kitchen carpet and installed brand new carpet. The total price is for materials and labor.

 + -1 moreIthaca Flooring couldn't do the carpet installation in the time frame that we wanted but they were very good about it and recommended me to someone else who could do it. They were perfect and I loved their customer service. They were willing to help me even thought they were not going to make profit out of it.

 + -1 moreI have hired them on many occasions. Each time I simply call and someone is there, usually the same day, to look at the space and measure. They listen to my needs and make recommendations. They give me an estimate of the cost and we set a date for installation. They have never let me down on budget or schedule. They will call in suppliers to consult on special needs and order samples if I need to see it. Their installer, Ken, can usually work nights or weekends to meet my needs and does a great job. I have recommended them many times and have never heard a bad review.
Description of Work: Ithaca Flooring has supplied and installed many yards of carpeting for my commercial building. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike and Gary are very caring and easy to work with. They have never failed to meet my expectations. I would recommend them highly.
