Hired to replace a window, weeks of chasing them after they received the deposit, two months after and close to 20 calls later they canceled claiming their may be water damage and they are not general contractors, the only person who was ever at my house was the salesman

They won't install another person's door so I had to buy cheap door and rip the frame attached to it. The guy calls me the next day, Saturday, and he wants to come and do the measurements. I said if we could make it on Monday. He showed up and measured it. He sat down and said he just started working for Home Depot. He said that it wouldn’t be more than $50 a door. I was really excited. He said that he is going back to Home Depot and put in the measurements into the computer. He will call and give me a day for installation. I wanted this door so bad because I never knew how important the door was. I called them this morning and asked them why hasn’t anybody called me for the installation. They told me that he doesn’t see any measurements and I have to come and pick out the door. Neil was there. He was a really nice guy. I said that I already picked out the wood door with the frame. He gave me one of his cards. I called and spoke to his wife. She told me that he was having a lot of trouble with the computer. They probably have certain numbers to get into the computer. Nobody has helped him do this yet. Now, I’m waiting for him to get into the computer and put the measurements in. Hopefully, I will have the door by Friday. He was tough and great. Punctuality with his coming here was perfect. He was very professional. His name is Steve. He is the installer. He is gentleman.

I am very happy with the windows that were installed and the kitchen work done. They were amazingly good. I was satifsfied with the countertop installation. The window installation had some problems and they had to return to repair a window. The window installers, that were hired through Home Depot, were not very good. They delivered when they promised.
