We needed to have part of our sewer line replaced. A contractor that we had hired last Spring broke it and did a terrible job repairing it. Of course we did not realize that it was never repaired properly until sewage started backing up into our basement. We called David Thomas late Saturday afternoon and he agreed to come over Sunday morning to dig up the sewer line and repair it properly. He brought his 15 year-old son to help. They really saved us! After so many months of trying to fix the mess that the previous contractor left us with, it was a relief to work with someone who was obviously professional and competent. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the repair job and pointed out what I should take pictures of for my records. I felt completely reassured that the sewer line was finally being properly repaired. I also must add that it was a pleasure to meet Mr. Thomas's son. He is obviously learning the business, and at 15, he already seems just about ready to do it. He was polite, friendly, and very good at explaining the work. David Thomas is surely doing many things right to have raised such a lovely young man!
