 + -1 moreThey were scheduled to show up at 8am; didn't hear anything from them until an hour later when they said they'd show up at 9. They were a half hour later than that. I had to leave for work, and couldn't wait around for them all morning. I've since received a whiny text message complaining about how we should have more concern for small businesses in our local area. I am just amazed by the arrogance of such a comment. These people are hilariously unprofessional. I would never let them anywhere near my home.
Description of Work: Nothing. Rude, didn't show up on time, now harassing me.

Description of Work: Two very professional cleaners showed close to noon, and did a top to bottom house cleaning. Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances the house had not been cleaned in it's entirety for a couple of months. They did a very good job on old house that is not easy to clean. I am well satisfied and will continue to use their service every two weeks.

Description of Work: The team was supposed to do a new house cleaning. They were given instructions to not do certain things, such as vacuuming as the rugs were just steam cleaned . They spent the entire time vacuuming and not cleaning the kitchen or bathrooms. | |After complaining, they can back with an attitude. After 10 minutes, we had to ask them to leave as it was apparent they weren't interested in actually cleaning.

 + -1 moreDarol and Mike did a SUPERB job! They came on time, started working right away, and did a great job. They were very professional. Many of our windows are oxidized due to aluminum screens and hard to clean. They explained this to us patiently, and were not at all offended when we asked them to re-clean some spots that did not look perfectly clean. The windows look great after they cleaned them! We will definitely use them again in the future.

They usually come in earlier than they say they are going to be and so that is good. I may expand more of their duties and give them more business.  + -1 moreFirst time they came, I literally didn't know if they had come. Second time was better, third time no so good. I called to express my concerns and there was no effort to make things right. Not a company i want to work with ever again.
Description of Work: Terrible experience. Didn't complete the job. Walked into the house and wasn't sure they had even come to clean. I had to look very closely to see if anything was done. Actually attempted to clean three times. The third time things were missing from the house.
