+ -1 moreAce was able to send someone to my house right away when a malfunctioning doorknob locked me out of my basement. The technician, Winton, was excellent--friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I am not sure how much locksmith services should be and I did not ask for a quote beforehand. It's possible that $200 is the going rate for this sort of service and there were complications with my service. I would definitely call Ace/Winton again for locksmith services.
Description of Work: Replaced two locks and a doorknob with a lock.
