I called to renew my contract with them. They didn't respond. I called again the third time to ask if they are still in business. I contacted the people that recomended them and asked if they are still in business and the person said "absolutley". I still get no response back.

Where to even begin with Four Seasons. I so rarely write reviews, but if I can prevent even one person from experiencing what I had to go through... as a landlord living overseas, I thought I'd pay a premium to deal with a professional landscaping service. Instead, these guys are worse that ANY mom-and-pop service I found on Craigslist. They charged $30 per visit to do 'total lawn care', but they basically let the backyard turn into a sandlot - seasonally I paid for 'spring cleaning' but that wasn't done either, so the flowerbeds were just basically weed beds. Eventually, my tenant became so embarrassed by the house that she sent me pictures and asked if she could do the lawn herself. I was horrified by the neglect. When my tenant called them to explain what was happening and to tell them not to come again, they showed up that very day and accused my tenant of lying about the call! I thought I'd set it straight with a personal phone call and then email to confirm that I was canceling their services. But them ripping me off for $30 every two weeks probably wouldn't have been enough to get me to write this review. No. However, 2-3 weeks ago, my tenant ripped out the entire lawn and reseeded the entire backyard. It looked great - I just got the pictures. Now, I find out that someone forgot to take us off the list - so their brain-dead landscapers came into the backyard today, saw tender green seedlings, and thought it'd be a good idea to walk all over them and start ripping them up with a weed whacker, since, hey 'it was on the schedule'. You have GOT to be kidding. Even granting some confusion (though my emails make clear that I didn't want them there anymore), what landscaper wouldn't look down at freshly seeded grass and think 'hey, maybe I shouldn't rip this up with a weed whacker??' I would ask them to fix it, but I don't trust that a single person in that company is competent enough to right the situation. Do yourself a huge favor: find a college kid on craigslist who needs the extra money and just hire him/her. Or heck, hire my tenant. Because apparently graduate students can do 1000 times better a job than these clowns.

I left messages with the provider (Brian), and received a very nice response one week later. By the time I received a response, though, I had already found someone else to help me.

Very fast and efficient - did a great job even when we weren't home at the time. Fair priced - would definitely use again.

A representative responded promptly and arrived to make an estimate as scheduled. No detailed notes or measurements were taken. I was promised a quote in about a week but never heard back from them. I can certainly understand that they might not have been able to or might not want to take on the work but I found the non-response very unprofessional.

4 Seasons Landscaping Inc. was pretty good. It's a very good experience.

I contacted 4 Seasons Landscaping, Inc in late November about plowing my driveway, shoveling my walks and clearing snow off a portion of my roof as needed for the winter season. The owner quickly responded to my call and stopped by to look over the job and give me a price estimate the same day. Our first significant snowfall of the season occurred last Wednesday night and I was delighted to find that the driveway had been plowed before I awoke Thursday morning. Amazingly, no one in the house had heard them come and go. Later two members of the owner's staff came by shortly after 9 AM to shovel the walks. I am very impressed and satisfied with the service 4 Seasons Landscaping has provided me thus far.

Brain did a good job and I very pleased. The price was reasonable.
