I called sparkling spas based on an excellent service call experience with them in wintertime (I published that on AL ), well just as last time their may not be anyone there to take the call when you do call, but they do promptly return your call which is certainly acceptable. Christine is pleasant and efficient to speak with, told me what I should do such as instead of having them coming and diagnose the leak and then repair which would of cost me more $, to try and find the leak myself and then call back. I took the cabinets off myself (an easier job than I thought) and saw exactly where the leak was coming from. of course I tried to see if I could fix it myself, but was beyond me, so called Christine, told her leak can be easily observed, just have them come fix it. came home today, and all done, the bill was left and it was at a cost I had expected , no surprises. (I never even bothered to ask what it would be, I trusted them). And the extra added customer touch was that they put the cabinet back on for me (not evry company is going to do that!), even managing to find all the screws I had put in a cup on my deck about 25 feet away! they put the power back on, tested it and its ready to go. Nice job and thanks!

Jimmy (the owner) and his assistant came out a measured my tub for a replacement Cover. While I was waiting for the cover to come in, the tub started to trip the breaker inside the house. Jimmy game out a tested the tub and discovered that I needed a new heating element. He installed my new cover and told me it would be a week or 2 for the heater to come in. Two weeks later I'm up and running. I have found my Hot tub service guy for sure and I highly recommend Jimmy and his team!!!

My hot tub needed major work. Stopped working and water was leaking out. Display and heater needed to be replaced. Jimmy got it up and running and explained to me how to take care of it and what chemicals and how many to put in to the hot tub. After he left I realized I didn't know how to work all the jets. I called his wife Christina, who is lovely, and Jimmy called me and came back to explain how the jets work. I highly recommend him.

excellent! i found sparkling spas thru the list, and was also referred to another company by a co worker. what had happened was my spa broke down during the cold temperatures and i did not realize it for a few days . by thattime it had iced up somewhat and was not circulating or heating for days. i was told by a coworker to drain the spa immediatly and blow out the lines to get all the moisture out. i called the place referred 1st and they actually told me they don't service my brand but could give me a name of someone good who does. it was sparkling spas- jimmy. so i called there and got christine after playing telephone tag where she made evry effort to reach me. she advised me what to do including filling it back up with water. this was friday. she advised me to get heat behind the cabinet with some space heaters until they could come which would be wednesday. we touched base saturday morning again at which time i told her i was not able to get behind the cabinet to the motor and pipes. as cold as it was she realized the potential severity of the situation. she had taken my credit card which would be charged for the call i believe $125. she contacted jimmy who was on another call out east and called me back that he would be there that (saturday) afternoon! he came, checked it out, and now , to my embarassment, it turned right on and was working wihout a problem! they were there and gone within 5 minutes and told me if any further problem, contact them. my credit card was never charged which was a great piece of customer service! how many others would have done that? i'd recommend people like that to anyone!
