Description of Work: Changed a garage into studio apartment. Signed contract and we're specific about products to be used. Several years later one of the windows started to fog up and leak. We had contracted for an Andersen window so wecalledanAndersen rep. and after he looked at it he informed us that Kuhn had used an inferior window not Andersen. Called Kuhn Construction and they denied they had a contract , when I told him I would bring the contract in he told me I couldn't and he basically couldn't do anything about it. This project was done over 10 years ago but it still would have been covered under Andersens warranty policy. They would have replaced the windows at no cost. Because Kuhn used product we did not want we are now on the hook to replace them. We will pursue further action.

Description of Work: A waste of time to explore doing business from this company. Called in for a quote. Salesperson arrived barely looked around to see the job. Seems less interested and wanted an adjuster assessment and settlement amount in order to give a quote. He then ask for a retainer fee before I can get a quote. He did not even bother to look around, seems disinterested and gave me a vague price.

+ -1 moreThey're a pretty good company but they overcharge. They didn't repair my chimney, this price was for putting up the tarp.
Description of Work: I needed them to fix my chimney, as there was damage from the hurricane. It was $85.00 an hour with a minimum of two hours, they also charged me for the price of the tarp plus tax.

+ 0 moreI did have problems rescheduling my electrical appointment. I originally had to re schedule because of my own conflict. When I called to reschedule they explained someone would be in contact with me soon. I did not hear anything. I continued to call and got the same results. Finally, I contacted the project manager and immediately an appointment was scheduled. He then explained I should contact him in the future. They were very pleasant to work with and I am happy with their services.
Description of Work: They have done work for me twice. They first checked the foundation because it was cracked and created a rodent problem. They first removed the shingles and dug a trench. They later replaced the shingles and painted them. They did not have to re pour cement but instead re fill certain areas. They deducted the originally price which I found to be very honorable. They have also done some electrical work.
