Very nice and knowledgeable with fireplaces,wood or gas inserts ,Stoves and masonry work .. I dealt with the owner Joe ..he was awesome and will steer you in the right direction.. the installation was neat ,clean and professionally done.. I highly recommend this company..

Good work, performed well and on-time. Stuck to quoted price. Knowledgeable re the functional aspects of wood heat -- not just focused on cosmetics. Sells Lennox zero-clearance fireplaces, which was important since we were replacing a similar unit made by a predecessor of the Lennox subsidiary that makes these units, and needed something that would fit into a similar wall opening etc.
Description of Work: Installed Lennox zero-clearance wood fireplace and stainless chimney system, built new tile hearth.

We are so glad that we ended up using Jovial after all the other places we got quotes from. We highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Mike arrived with owner's son exactly as expected to install our new wood burning stove. His work is top notch. His helper is learning the business so he was helping as much as he could. We can't say enough. The house was left exactly as he found it; all the mess cleaned up and taken out. All the piping is straight as can be. He's quick and efficient. This guy really knows what he's doing and is obviously proud of it.

I was very disappointed at the lack of response to my complaint. Even though the installation was done almost two years ago, it should have been addressed. I would not recommend this company due to shoddy work and lack of integrity.
Description of Work: In September 2004 I restored my 1976 wood stove. The company noted to put in a new interior pipe as well as roof pipe. They also did installation of stove, cleaned and repainted it. However since last fall there have been numerous leaks from the interior pipe. The owner of Jovial has not been helpful in responding nor has he sent someone over to access the situation. We have talked on the phone but he did nothing. The company that did finally fix the situation stated that the flashing was not installed correctly.
