Found the problem, fixed and gone in under an hour

He didnt fix the leak. It only needed 2 washers and I fixed it myself. He tried to charge me over 400 dollars. His wife stated there was a 39 dollar service call fee over the phone and the guy tried to charge me 150.00 for the service call.

The receptionist was very professional and courteous. They were able to get us in the following evening. We had a very basic unclogging of a bathroom which was very quickly unclogged . The plumber was very courteous and professional. Our only issue is the price. We were charged 300 dollars for a very quick and simple unclogging . We haven't hired a plumber in many years so we assumed that , while high, that was the going rate. Afterwards I told a few people at work how much we spent and they said that seemed very high so I called 2 other plumbing companies in the area on Angie's list and was told by one company it would be 189.00 and another company said 200.00... so this company is at least 50% more than other companies.... we needed another job to be done and we were going to call this company but after feeling taken advantage of we will definitely be calling someone else.

They had to replace the kitchen faucet. In all fairness the type of faucet was limited, due to the fact there was only one hole, in the counter top. I was informed they only used a plumbing supply store, as the quality was better than a Home Depot. Everything went well, they came back the next day to install it.

A pipe over the oil burner was spewing water all over the basement. This was a Friday around 3:30. I thought for sure we were in for a lot of trouble. I called Call a Plumber and was told someone would be here within the hour, Marc showed up in 15 - 20 minutes later and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was very professional, explained what happened and the cost to fix the pipe that had broken. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

A pipe burst under my sink. They promised to be here within 2 hours, and were here within 30 minutes. Nice neat work. Organized and fair pricing. We needed a plumber and I am glad I tried them. I will use them for future repairs and or projects.

The plumber was impolite and very complaining.. He also should have told us the cost before he started the repair.

Called the owner and he had someone to me within the hour. Jose showed up and the seemingly impossible repair was made possible in minutes. Jose covered all floors he had to walk on and steps with drop cloth. He was focused, worked hard, quickly, and neatly. When the job was done he cleaned up and even swept the floor. Pricing was within the expected range, job was done well, etc.

Responded in minutes. Showed up in less than 2 hours. Identified the problem and then fixed it with no frills. Honest, reasonably prices and professional.

Order a plumber is incredible! I thought I had a leak under the foundation of my house and anticipated having a great deal of destruction to the foundation in order to repair what was broken. Instead they used a listening device that pin pointed the place that needed to be fixed. It turned out to be a minor issue and was repaired in under an hour. I would use this company without a doubt in the future. Pricing very reasonable and to be honest I would have paid double for the trouble it saved me.

I really wanted to get a tankless water heater, but after discussing this with them and understanding that it was not possible to install in my house because of construction issues, they gave me a great recommendation for an alternative, which I researched and decided to install. They came the next day and installed my new and AWESOME indirect BOCK water heater in a record time - left everything top notch clean and service was excellent! They even labeled every pipe and valve so if I need to shut something off I will know what and where.

They showed up exactly on time. Were neat and clean, friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to take care of my leak without having to make any holes in my ceiling (which I really appreciated! ).

The service worker was polite, & respectful of my kitchen where he was working. he installed my ice maker and the next day i couldn't figure something out with it, so i called the office and they sent him promptly to help me figure it out. Excellent fast service. would recommend them to anyone.
