Wendel is phenominal. He keeps all of our appliances running smoothly and always goes out of his way to keep us up and running.

My daughter in law recommended Wendell for my job since he helped her a few times. My 18 year old GE Profile oven needed a fix in the smaller lower oven. He ordered the part we thought it needed but it needed a control panel part also. We decided to not order that because the main oven and stove top work well and i can live without lower oven. Wendell was very informed and helpful.

Wendell promptly answered my call and informed me he could be at my house within the hour. How happy was I, to hear that news, as the refrigerator temperature was inching its way up by the minute. Respectful of the customer , he arrived wearing a Covid mask, which was the first sign of his character and professionalism .. He expertly diagnosed the refrigerator problem, patiently steamed the accumulated frost behind the lower drawers and expertly replaced an defective fan . Gratefully, he had the needed part with him, and he assured me the temperature would quickly return to normal. Which it absolutely did!! The best news, we didn't lose any food due to his timely and competent service. Thank you Wendell. You are a testament to old fashioned values..., honest, reliable, competent, respectful, and professional - character traits so in short supply these days Your number is saved and i will absolutely call you again, should I experience any future problems with appliances in my home.

Wow! I can't say enough about Wendell. He is excellent at diagnosing and fixing appliances. I had both my washer and dryer repaired. My machines are pretty old, and he brought them back to life; they are working as if they are new machines. What is even more amazing about Wendell is how professional and personable he is. He is always on time, offers prompt service, and is very polite. His prices are very reasonable. He recently came back to my house on the same day because he needed to get a part and did not want me to be without my washing machine if I wanted to do a wash. He cares about people, and he takes pride in his work. He is young with good old fashion values. This appointment was the second time my husband and I have used his service. We have recommended Wendell to our friends and family.

Wendell was very professional when he came to fix my Whirpool dishwasher. He arrived on time, quickly recognized the problem with the dishwasher, and let me know what my options were for fixing it. Wendell recognized that one of the pumps in the dishwasher was blocked with a small piece of glass. He said the pump worked fine and that It did not need to be replaced. He removed the glass and charged me a very fair price for the amount of time he spent/the work that he did. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wendell forThe first time today. I have several older appliances that needed to be fixed ....I have not had my dishwasher work for six months and when I went to go buy one none of them was made with the best quality like mine which is a Maytag , He fixed that and itâ s working beautifully ....he fixed my oven door and he also checked my dryer and changed some part and is working better ....all three things were done perfectly. I had two other people look at my oven no one knew where to order the part from because my oven is older. Wendell knew exactly where to order it and had the part sent to his business and came to my home with it. He arrived at my home when he said he was going to be there and he kept his appointment. Omg!!! What. Great company! Our washer machine was leaking all over the basement and the people we hired before this company did not fix it. Wendell came in and fixed it! Stopped the leak, re-allied the machine, and everything!! Soooo happy to be able to do laundry again! Also, they were on time! I am 10000% hiring them for all my appliance needs, repairs, and installation. He also fixed our dishwasher and was so helpful and honest. He fixed our issues quickly!
