We had mold in the basement that another company wouldn't touch unless insurance covered the remediation. United Water Restoration was there in less than 24 hours after I called them with a reasonable price. The General Manager that initially answered the phone and everyone I came in contact with after that were true professionals. Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, effective! Their crew worked for three days and when they were done, the basement was immaculate. I highly recommend this company. I am so thankful that you were recommended to me.

Great from day one

Very good communication and a great crew to help me with a flood in my basement. I was very nervous and leary with this mitigation after a bad experience with another company and I expressed that but this company put my mind at ease and got the job done and then some! If I ever have to go through this again or need to recommend I would have no hesitation.

I hired this company on 2 separate occasions, first at my bosses house for sewage backup that ruined floors and rare carpeting. All rooms were quickly restored back to normal. Then again at LiRo s corporate office due to a mold clean up inside a wall cavity. Both times the jobs were handle professionally and promptly beyond my satisfaction.
