M&M Signs & Awnings

I had a very disappointing experience with M&M Canvas and Awnings, especially dealing with their salesperson, Justin. Despite paying top dollar, I found myself being charged additional fees for work that he claims was over the scope of work which was already covered in the price digging a hole. It was incredibly frustrating to feel as if they were only interested in squeezing extra money out of me rather than focusing on building a long-term relationship with their customers. The customer service was poor, and they seemed more concerned with "nickel-and-diming" than ensuring my satisfaction. I would not recommend M&M Canvas and Awnings if you're looking for a company that values integrity and values you as a repeat customer.

Fantastic! The people we dealt with, from Justin who provided us with the estimate as well as helped us with choosing the right material and color, to the installers Bob and Dave I believe were their names were total professionals and very personable. The awning was ready and installed within a few days of the time frame Justin gave us which was mid June of 2021. What a pleasure to deal with this company and their employees. Ken and Anne

This is the 3rd year our awning was installed on time, exactly when I requested it. M&M takes it down in the Fall, stores it and then re-installs it in the Spring. This year we had them clean it and it looks brand new. The staff arrived and installed the awning in what had to be the worst weather conditions short of a hurricane. The owner and all the staff from the installers to the sales people to the office staff are professional, responsive, helpful, polite and friendly. The awning, frame and workmanship are high quality and customer service is excellent. I rarely write reviews but I can't say enough good things about M&M Awning.

They definitely would get an A across the board.
