I would not recommend this company. It’s been nothing more than a headache since having the panels installed. From not calculating enough panels and not even breaking even year over year, to leaks and having to threaten to sue for a minor repair. Now it’s 3 years into having their panels and I need my roof replaced and they want to charge to remove and reinstall when they had inspected the roof and said we were good to go for the install. It was nothing more than pushing the sale rather than doing the right thing and making sure we wouldn’t be in this situation only a few years in. Now whether it was the solar that is causing the damage or they assessed it wrong, they did a horrible job in one of those fields.

The LI Power Solutions team was terrific! They were scheduled to come today to install the solar panels. I would say they arrived by 7:40 am, ready to go. The team was extremely professional and kind. They explained to me exactly they were going to be doing, and answered my questions. They were done by 1:30 and left shortly thereafter. It was a very smooth process. I don't what else you could ask for, they were excellent!

Everyone was very professional, courteous, and punctual. The whole process of setting up permits and filling out forms was done by the company. Installation of solar panels went smoothly and the site was cleaned up afterward. The system was also explained to our satisfaction. We are happy with our choice of Long Island Power Solutions.

Poorly. No response or work done.
Description of Work: I met and corresponded with Michael Haynes many times and received an estimate to which I agreed. The only issue was getting estimates, which the company was going to get from companies with which they deal, on removing the tops of some trees to get better sunlight. Everything was going along very smoothly. The guy followed through on absolutely nothing and never corresponded again. A waste of my time.

Everything went really well. Installation was complete in 4 hours. Imagine a company that actually cleans up when they're done? They even took the cardboard packaging with them! Sales person was honest! I definitely recommend them!

The work was done according to specifications supplied by the main contractor which was Solar Maid. The installers arrived on time, were very pleasant to work with, and did an excellent job on the installation.

Everything went just the way they stated it would go no problems they were very professional from the start, explained how everything would be done. The cleaned up after each day they were there, I would most recommend them to anybody I know, we got about five estimates they were the best and you could tell they were honest in everything they said. Best thing we ever did.

Just two phone conversations
Description of Work: Requested estimate. After scanning ppty asked if neighbor would remove large oak shading part of roof. When I replied tree must stay, they explained that amt of power generated would not be worth cost. I love honesty esp. When they turn away business!
