+ -1 moreWe asked them to replace 2 sprinkler heads and they charged $325!! It was such a rip off! You can buy the heads at home depot for like 30 bucks!!!. Do not use them!

+ -1 moreIt was not a big project and was really a minor thing. They were good, came when they said they would, laid the line and left. It was all good. They were professional, neat and clean. They did the job in a timely fashion and I had no problems with what they did.

+ -1 moreContacted Hi Tech a year earlier. Their estimate for my system was on par or less than the other companies listed on Angie's List. Called them back this past March 2013. They gladly accepted their prior estimate. Work completed was beyond my expectations. As noted my sprinkler system was a year in the making. Would recommend to anyone. Congrats to Hi Tech.

+ -1 moreTechnician called me to tell me I needed a new plug to the system because it was burnt from the water. The part would cost me $300. Few weird things, there is a canopy over the unit, after researching the item online, it is actually only a $85 part, the estimate first said $250, then it was changed to $300. It is now three weeks later and I'm still waiting for the office to tell me what it is that I need. No one can find paperwork, the Tech doesn't remember anything and told the office that I didn't need any part, and the and quot;bossand quot; was suppose to call me a week ago!

Description of Work: My husband called Hi-Tech Irrigation to fix our sprinkler system. We had a bad head on our sprinkler system and Hi-Tech was able fix it. Hi-Tech also blew our lines to prepare them for the winter.

Description of Work: Hi-Tech installed our sprinkler system in 1994. We've maintained a contract with them ever since. The annual contract of $99.95 includes the fall turn off and spring turn on service. They charge for any additional work or repairs. Three years ago, they expanded our system for a reasonable price. However, some of the small jobs, replacing a worn out sprinkler head are a little pricey. Most recently, I had to have them move one sprinkler head and replace a worn-out sprinkler head. Hence, the $146 service charge. However, the lawn looks great!!! Overall, they are a good company.. Would recommend highly.
