Very well from start to finish. Bob started the process by visiting the home, being super nice, explaining everything, and no pressure. The crew that came and installed the fence were nice and efficient. Based on our experience we would highly recommend them starting with asking for Bob.

Called to schedule a estimate for a pvc fence for property 168x150 and two gates and did not go one step further. Just the girl on the phone alone made up my mind that quick. It was like i was bothering her I sensed a bit of a attitude because my day and hours where not good enough for them. When you tell a person a time window then they start giving you times that you already said are not good then try talking you into them saying it will only be ten mins that's all so then I'll tell my boss hey I'm late cause the girl at all Island said it's ok it's only ten mins but I'm sure all Island would not want to hear I'll pay you in 10 years it's only 10 years won't fly. These people are the front line the first experience a customer will hear and see and I'm guessing her actions are the actions of the whole company. I could only imagine what it would be like having a crew at my house. Thank you for saving me time not having anyone from this company come take my money.

My salesman was Bob and he was wonderful. I had about 8 people come for quotes, Bob was the most professional, knowledgable and informative. He took the time to entertain every one of my questions and then had to repeat himself to my husband as we unfortunately could not coordinate schedules. He detailed the product, how it is made, why it is made that way and how it is installed. There was a slight scheduling mix up and we had already removed our fence so rather than have is wait an extra week, Bob went out of his way to push our install up. The product itself is durable, beautiful and easy to clean. We've had birds deposit deep purple blobs on the fencing but it all came right off (unlike the house siding which was stained by the same mess). The gates are solid and have stood up to my 4 year old slamming them closed. I am very pleased with the experience as a whole.

Excellent, quick and professional. Bob the salesman came, quoted, measured. We called and he returned at our convenience, drew out a diagram, explained exactly what the specs were, how the railings were to be installed and set up a date. The installers quick, neat and efficient. Looks great!

After shopping around with several fence companies for estimates, i decided to go with All Island bc of their good reviews and competitive price. Patrick came out for the initial estimate, there was some discrepancy about the property line's bc it was not exactly made clear on the survey , they called the town to clarify this for me, they showed me a sampple of the fence which was acceptable to me so i decided to move forward. MY installation was scheduled for 2 weeks out, a crew of roughly 6 men came, and the main guy was courteous and professional, they did leave a slight mess at the post sites, throwing the dirty wherever they saw fit, i didnt mind this bc i planned to reno my entire lawn a week or two later anyway, the fence is nice, and overall - i am happy, but i suspect the quality of the fence isnt the same as what they showed me in person. its good , but im not super impressed, for $9000 i was expecting something a little more sturdy.

Very unprofessional! I had the associate Michael come for the free estimate and to say that he was unprofessional is an understatement. He ended up having a tantrum in my front yard when another company came at the same time to give an estimate for other work (siding). They were NOT scheduled at the same time and I understand that Michael did come on time and the other gentleman (for a siding estimate) was late; however, he did not handle the situation appropriately at all. He began nastily blaming me for the "miss-scheduling" I explained that they were scheduled at separate times and then to my shock he began chastising the other gentleman and creating quite a scene. This is when I had to ask him to leave. It was terribly embarrassing to have a grown man in front of my home creating a ruckus! I called the company to report what had happened and I fully understand that he arrived on time, has other places to be, and my attention was split between both people coming to give estimates (although I did tell him exactly what I wanted) however he could have simply said that I would have to reschedule with the office and left. Michael chose instead to become loud and speak disrespectfully to me as well as the other people at the house. If he is the type of people All Island Fence and Railing employ; I would be VERY wary about letting them come to your home!

Bob the salesman was very nice. They gave us the best quote to install vynl fencing in our backyard. However, when the crew came to install the fence, they cute the street lamp wires by accident. That took a few days for them to come and fix it. There seemed to be some miscommunication between the office the electrician. We don't have any problems with the fence.

We were PROMISED and ASSURED that our gate would be re-installed the week of 7/11/16. It is now 7/16/16 and we still have no gate. The front of our house looks horrible. The cost to have our gate reinstalled is $300. We gave a $100 deposit on the spot. Still no gate. Our poor dog misses his freedom of running around in the backyard. I'm pregnant and have to walk my 100lb dog in this heat on the days my husband works because we have no gate. This should be a quick job. I don't understand why we keep getting the runaround and yesed to death. We had our fence installed almost 2 years ago, paid on time and even gave this company more business by recommending them to my sister who had her fence installed by them. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

The work after completion looks good. However, the process was painful. First they told us it was a single day job. The job took 2 full days. We had to carefully watch over the installers. They asked where to place excess dirt, so I showed the crew a spot along the driveway and they rarely put it there. Instead piles of dirt are now suffocating some hedges along the fence line. They put the fence in completely backwards, good side facing us. Which is fence installation 101 or so I thought. This delayed progress again. Luckily it was fixed the next day. The self closing latch doesn't self close properly and will not pass inspection for pool compliance. That had to be fixed too. In the end the company always made right with the issues and was very professional. However, I doubt I would use them again.

Two installers completed the job in 9 hours. They were very professional and skilled. They did a thorough cleanup as well. I was very pleased with the work they did.

Estimate given at time promised and explained very well. All the work was guaranteed for 10 years and that was much more than others were willing to offer. We went to their office in Deer Park to finalize the deal and we were greeted warmly and made to feel like our very small project was just as important to them as a larger one would be. On the installation day again they showed up as promised on time and ready to work. They sent two men to do the work and they engaged my wife to make all the important choices when needed. There was an issue with some wrong piece being included but they correct ones were delivered and the job was completed by the end of the day. We are very happy with the way it looks and how they incorporated the new rails with the existing porch structure. We would surely recommend them after this experience.

I had fencing installed by this company in 2013 and 2015. A section of my fence collapsed and I called them to repair it. They sent the most polite and professional young man named Waldy to repair it. He observed that my 2 gates needed an adjustment, and he fixed them without being asked. He worked so quickly and professionally that I offered him a tip. To my amazement he refused to accept it. I want his company to know that he is a wonderful representative for them. I will always remember to recommend All Island Fence to my friends.

All Island was my third estimate. Conrad came for the estimate exactly at the scheduled time, he even waited for me to go catch my dog who ran out of the house. We went over my options for a fence, gates and railings. He showed me pictures and we discussed choices. Of the three estimates, theirs was already the lowest and I even got a better deal when I was given the choice to schedule the job right then. And I did. This was Wednesday March 9th. I received an email to sign the contract on Saturday, Mike called Monday to schedule the job for today, Thursday March 17th. 8 days from start to finish.. Fantastic! Nelson and his crew were on time, they even showed up early! They were polite, friendly. We spoke about a few things, I asked him to try to get the fence as close to the ground as possible and I have to say they did a terrific job. They even filled what spaces there were underneath with leftover dirt. We contracted them to cut some bushes that would have interfered with the new fence and haul away the old fence and one gate. I am VERY happy with the price, speed of completion, professionalism and quality of the job. I would use them again in a NY minute.

the fence is beautiful, but we have yet to have a dog proof yard some 8 months later! unacceptable! 1/11/2016: And yet another disappointment....I was contacted by Our salesperson shortly after submitting this review. They came a few days later fixed one 6 ft area of our fence and said they would be contacting us on Jan 4th..... Hmmmm it is now the 11th. Ironically I called another fence company after my dog almost got killed this am, and they said, ,let me guess, you used All Island Fence" I guess they have a reputation. Either way, all I want is the job promised to me to be completed. The areas that were repaired are fine, and I am not looking for a miracle, but as I try to be courteous and professional in my own workplace, I expect the same from a company that has been nothing other than a disappointment. We will not be using All Island Fence again.

ISLAND FENCE WAS FANTASTIC THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AND WORK WAS BEYOND EXPECTATION. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. I HAD GOTTEN OTHER QUOTES AND THEIR'S WAS THE BEST. I HAD TREES TO REMOVE AND DEBRIS TO BE HAULED AWAY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. NOTHING WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM. THEY LEFT MY HOME IN PRESTINE CONDITON. I WAS BLESSED WITH SUCH A GREAT CONTRACTOR. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. FROM THE SALESMAN, MICHAEL, WHO GAVE ME THE QUOTE TO ALEX, THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE CREW. THEY WERE THE BEST. MY PLACE LOOKS GREAT. ALL THE NEIGHBORS WERE IMPRESSED.

The fence they installed was the height that we wanted, but the spacing was too far apart. I would have never chosen this type of fencing due to the spacing because the purpose of the fence is for our dogs, and I would never want their noses to get stuck in between the slats. When the company came out to install the fence, I told them this was not what I ordered, but they told me that I had to take it anyway. I was very upset about this. The next day they came to finish up the job, and I agreed to not pay them the full amount yet, due to the fact that the job was not yet complete and it was incorrect. I was then told that the owner of the company told them to rip up the fence and take it with them, leaving me out of thousands of dollars, as well as my dogs without a fence to keep them inside the property.

I was looking to have a 6 feet tall PVC fence and gate put up in my backyard. I called All Island to make an appointment and Bob Lundy came out to give me an estimate. His price was the best I received for 50 feet of white PVC fence and a gate. I also got a few other estimates from other companies, but decided to go with All Island. On the day of the install two workers came out and they were prompt, courteous, and professional. They came back the following day to install the gate after the posts had dried. The quality of the work and fence were outstanding. Would highly recommend.

The salesperson Michelle's answer was yes to all my questions, just as long as she made her sale. Now it's been 3 months the installers can't get anything right because nobody is communicating with anybody. There was no communication between salesperson, manufactures and installers. My gate is not done, part of the fence is not done, I feel bad for installers they came few times with incomplete and not properly cut fence and gate. Today they finally sent the installers with right gate and fence dimensions but again come with wrong lock, JUAN who is a supervisor not sure what he is supervising because so far he has been useless. He says they don't manufacture a simple lock that comes with key for inside and out. I asked him to give me credit and I will get my own locksmith as the locks that they provide is not meant for my gate. He offers me $60 credit out of $6,500. Seriously??? I have been patient long enough, they are brainless!!!!! No gate. Part of fence missing. They are gone!!!! What a mistake I made hiring them :(

Bob the saleperson was very professional and nice. The first attempt to install I realized the mearsurements were incorrect and I couldn't compromise and accept a final product I did not want so I had asked they can go back and re-make the arbor and gate to fit a different measurement. Although the foreman was a bit agressive with me on the first attempt, in the end I got what I wanted and am very happy Don called to straighten it all out. The product looks fantastic. I just hope the products last and there are no issues going forwrad, and if there are I would hope they honor their 10 year warranty promise. Thank you All Island!
