Communication was excellent. This is not always true when dealing with companies, but when they said they would call they did, when they say they would be there they were. The installers were neat, clean, respectful, and did quality work.

The only problem i had was that the salesman give me a price that was for 2 walk through doors but i needed one walk through and one double door for my driveway that changed the price at the end of the job, but the change in price was fare. The three installers came on time and did the job in one day, they came back two days later to install the doors because the cement post had to dry.

Called Bob Lundy and arranged a meeting/free work estimate. Settled on the work my Wife and I wanted. Set up a work schedule, signed the contract and that was that. Bob explained everything including my insurance estimate. Work crew came to work very professional and friendly. They worked their butts off and got everything done in one day. Tearing down, removing old fence. Plotting in new fence and gettin' 'er up. Leaving yard "clean" and hauling old stuff out. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work done and the excellent price Bob Lundy provided us. I will definately refer Bob and his company to family and neighbors. As a matter of fact one of my neighbors contacted Bob as he watched the crew put up my fence.

Estimate with Bob Lundy was as relaxing, straightforward, and accurate as you can ask. Bob was also punctual. Payment was straightforward. Mike scheduled us and had to reschedule due to snow. No issues at all. Jose and his crew were polite, hard working, and professional. The work, I feel, cannot be any better. The entire process was one of the best experiences I ever had. The way it was all presented was that we are the one making the decisions, they listen. Thank you so much. Highly recommend and if the price is right I'll use them again.

Michael was punctual and he provided both the original estimate and Michael & Juan both returned to re-estimate the job when changes had to be made. Original estimate was fair for the work required. We later had to have the job re-estimated to add more fence and an additional gate, as well as to honor a neighbor's wishes. In the end, this raised our cost considerably. The day of installation, the All Island team arrived on time and worked late into the night to complete the job (9pm). The following day, I called All Island to advise that there were a number of areas where the fence and gates had gaps at bottom which were too large to keep our small dogs from escaping. The said they would address the issue and returned two days later to add pieces to the bottoms of those fence areas to close up the gaps. The team who worked on the job were very diligent and worked throughout the day with virtually no breaks. Happy with how the fence looks.

Workers that installed the railings made some mistakes, contacted company and owner came to look at work and agreed that it was not acceptable workmanship. By the following weekend another set of men were sent to try to correct and repair the initial work that had been done. We are happy with the workmanship that was achieved - wish it was done correctly from the start but company followed through on making it right. Would recommend.

Excellent quality fence and workmanship. Fence was perfectly level. Workers showed up on time to remove old fence, as well as to install the new fence. Gates were heavy and sturdy. Very happy with the results and would hire again.

I contacted All Island and they immediately scheduled a time and date for the quote. Bob was reasonable with his quote and very knowledgeable about his craft. We spent more time talking about scuba diving than the fence. He is now a great friend! We were scheduled for installation for 8/18 between 12pm-2pm. It was raining heavily that day, so we called the company to inquire about installation and were told they would still be coming. They never showed up on that day, so we called around 4pm and were informed that the technicians had been held up at other jobs, so we opted to reschedule for Monday, 8/21 between 8-9am. By 11:30am, the technicians still hadn't arrived and we hadn't received a call, so we called. The technicians ended up showing at around 12:45am and starting soon thereafter. The technicians are AMAZING! Henry and his father were polite and professional and apologized for their tardiness. They conducted an amazing installation of our fence and driveway gates, and for added measure made sure the rest of our perimeter fence was straight and even went the extra mile of manually adjusting the latches on our two other gates that we have been struggling with, which now close and open easily. I would definitely recommend their services. My only request would be better communication with customers should a scheduling issue arise. The crew was very responsive and professional. The team was arrived on time for my fence. The price is fair. However, they did not meet my special requirements which is not that important. I still accept it as a good job tho.

They were fantastic. We did a PVC fence with two of my neighbors. They came out cheaper than two other people I had gotten estimates with.

Assessor was helpful, timely. Installer was punctual. While there was a bit of confusion, that took longer to resolve due to difficulty communicating with installer, all the work was done as I had wanted and is extremely nice.

Sales person was very unreliable. He quoted me a very good price but he had awful follow through. He didn't show up with any catalogs and no contract proposal form. He hand written a quote on a sheet of paper. It was very unprofessional. I didn't trust the price he quoted me because it was substantially lower than I anticipated. I asked if after they start the work, would the price change. He couldn't give me a satisfactory answer. And I never heard from him again. Move on

The sales person who quoted the job talked a good and convincing game, but ultimately he was unprofessional. He spent way too much time quoting a very simple job; he did not understand several of the details of the products that the company was selling; and he made several unnecessary promises that were not kept including not showing for an appointment and then promising a reduction of price that never was applied. The foreman and installation crew seemed to really know what they were doing, and they were quite professional. But I wouldn't do business with the company again. It could have been so much easier if I went with another company who had a more educated sales staff.

The workers for a great job clearing all of the bushes and weeds. They removed the old fence and took everything away. By the second day, they had installed a very nice fence with self-closing gates. They gave me a fair price for a very good quality PVC fence. Michelle was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. In the past year or two, we have needed some adjustments to some fence sections and Nicole was very helpful in scheduling a technician to stop by. The technicians are very professional and go out of their way to help their customers. I was referred to All Island Fence by a family member and would definitely recommend them to friends.
