All Island Fence and Railings

Installers Henry and Jose arrived on time yesterday (5/4/20) at my residence for an installation of a new 6’ ft stockade fence, they were very respectful of me and my property. The did a great job with the takedown and removal of the old fencing, did a great job with the installation of the new fence installation, left the work area and my driveway clean and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. I would definitely recommend All Island Fence and would not hesitate to use them again.

It did not go at all. The office staff very nice & pleasant, but the salesman became very rude on the phone - I called the company to complain and told them I would not use them.

Overall everything went well and as planned. Installer were professional, arrived on time, worked well and did a good job. The only issue, which we found later was the cleanup. Dug up soil was supposed to be spread out, but we found some pies of dirt and pieces of the old fencing that we had to correct ourselves

Wonderfully well! They came on time..worked fast...and left my property neat and tidy! I am planning on using them to continue fencing in the property...and the price was exactly what I thought the project should cost..actually slightly below!

Installers arrived when promised (around 1:00 pm) and I thought that they wouldn't be able to complete the job in one day, I was wrong. There were two guys who worked from the moment they arrived until all was complete. I made a change order on that date with respect to the location of the gate, which required a new gate. Initially I thought they would need to return to install it but the measurements were taken and the door was delivered within hours. The fence itself looks great, I ordered a white PVC fence with wood like grain (I believe its their timberline line) and it really looks great. Very little gloss, if any, which is what I wanted. The price was fair and the fence feels sturdy. The sales person, Michael was a pleasure to deal with and he was very responsive. The only negative is that there was a gnarly All Island Fence sticker on the fence and I still haven't been able to remove it. I think I'll finally get it off though.

complete disappointment, not honest, doesn't honor price originally quoted! My husband and i were just about to hire this company when a day before a final measurement was to be taken, we were told an error was made by the office by giving us a price $2/ft less than what it should have been . Andy they wouldn't do the job for the initial price quoted!! Mind you, we have at least a dozen text messages from the sales person from last few weeks indicating they would honor the mistaken given price (which we have on PAPER from the company). Also, we were told their regular PVC fencing was the same price as their new timber finish product and now told that was incorrect. What is it that your employees actually are knowledgeable and correct on? So unprofessional, if i must i can post text messages of supposed estimates that were a handwritten mess of scribble on paper, which was most likely indicative of how things would have gone from there if we actually did hire them. Glad their true colors came out before coughing up about 15K to have our fence done. Its ok, really, we will just take our business elsewhere; for a difference of $1,050 you just lost a great customer who has a very large social media following and alot of people that respect our recommendations for business. Perhaps have all your staff on board the next time you decide to flip flop on your prices.

Great experience from estimate to install. Great install, looks great and the entire process was complete in a week. I really couldn't want anymore. So happy with All Island Fence and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They met my tight schedule and did an excellent job. Work was done fast, clean, and now my backyard looks beautiful.

I am very pleased with everything from sales, to installation to post installation. They were honest setting expectation every step of the way. They made good on a small issue immediately without any fuss. The price was on-market so no complaint there. Communication was also excellent from the sales person, to foreman, to the guys on site installing.

We got estimates from several companies, but Bob from All Island stood out from all of them as very courteous, kind and supportive, asking questions and helping in our decision. The work was done very well and quickly, the fence and gates are exactly what we expected, while the price was more than reasonable! Neighbors stop by and say the new fence looks wonderful. We highly recommend All Island to anybody who needs their fence and gates replaced! Thank you very much for a great job!

The salesman came to give us an estimate and was very prepared and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and set us up for an install. The install crew came on time and did a great job putting in the fence. I would highly recommend them.

We interviewed three different companies to find one that we felt most confident in with pricing in mind. All Island Fence proved to be comparable with one other company price wise but the sales woman Michelle's efficiency and personality sold me and my husband. She was thorough and helpful with offering a variety of styles. I also received a follow up letter in the mail which really solidified my belief that they were company for us. They were exact in the dates and times they offered. And they were very easy to work with : )

The workers did a very good job. They did just what we asked them to do and left the work area neat and clean. They even would have hauled away the old fence, but we chose to keep the wood.

Although there was a misunderstanding about the size of one of the gates, all went well from my initial contact with this company through completion. Although this was a relatively small job, they treated it just as important as a larger one. While the men were installing, we discovered a different size gate would work better on one of the gates and they were very quick to accommodate me. The new gate was installed in 48 hours. The focus was on what I was happy with and how they could achieve that. There was no change in the monies charged. Quality workmanship, very accommodating, and very professional. Great warranty on labor and materials. I highly recommend them for all your fencing needs.

Everyone from the salesman to the foreman and crew was professional and communicative. Salesman (Bob) priced out and talked through a couple of options with no sales pressure. Install happened a week earlier than estimated. Crew was neat and professional, and even was responsive to the unrelenting "supervision" by my neighbors who were anxious to make sure there were no gaps that would allow our dog to get into their yard. Price was same or lower than other estimates. Fence looks great. Highly recommend this company.

The salesman was great, didn't try to oversell or be pushy. The workmen were great and made sure we were satisfied. The neighbors love it. And the backyard looks great. I only gave them a B on price because I hate to pay anything -but compared to the competition they were the best. We will definitely use them again, my wife is already making plans.....

The guy who came to evaluate and quote was a professional, very knowledgable, thank God because I have no clue when it comes to fencing. He showed me all of my options and stayed well within my budget. The install team was also great. Nice guys, worked fast, did a phenomenal job and left everything super clean. I was truly impressed and grateful. Ive been screwed over many times having people do work at my house and am so happy to have had such a great experience working with All Island. I highly and happily recommend.
