I was referred to the company by my grandmother, who had a fence replaced. These guys were excellent! The salesman came to my home - on time! - and worked through my options, as I wasn't sure if I wanted wood or PVC. He even broke down the cost because I mentioned that my neighbor might want to split the cost on her side of the yard. He also took the time to talk with me about options for a tree that was right on my property line - either boxing around it, or keeping the fence open on either side - which was helpful. He also reassured me that they stand by their product (which is 100% virgin vinyl) and would replace any future damage to the panels, noting that I had two small boys who like to run around with baseball bats. We set a date a week later, someone called the day before to confirm, and the guys showed up on time (do I sound jaded if I say "wow"?). It was an all day job and these guys worked hard! Once everything was installed, they wiped down the fence and went over each panel with a level to make sure it was sitting straight - the level-reading alone took about 20 minutes! They left me with very specific instructions about how long it would take for the concrete on our new gate to dry, which I appreciated. It was the opposite of almost every encounter I've ever had with a service provider - punctual, honest, and quality work. I've already recommended the company to my neighbors!

They were very reasonable price wise, punctual and when a slight misunderstanding on the job, was very quickly resolved. The proved that they were honest and trustworthy.

The workers were professional and fact. They explained what they did. I am happy with their service.

They did a good job. They followed all the procedures. They called the cable and phone company to find out if there were any cables. They made appointments with those companies beforehand. They finished the job in a day. The quality was really good and I was very happy. The price was in line with other companies. They were quite responsive and they were punctual. The weather was bad so they had to reschedule it many times. They did it a day sooner because the weather was going to be bad. They were quite professional.

Had an initial consultation and was told the price was approximately $1500, when it came time to sign the contract on the second visit from salesperson Michelle, she said she didn't include the second gate in the initial price. It was a major misunderstanding which I am still annoyed about. We should have killed the deal right there and then and sought out a different vendor. However, we agreed to pay $1550 and pay $350 later. Fence installation came out nice, however, we still feel like we were "baited and switched" leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouth. We are the first customer submitting a report for this vendor. Consequently, in the future we will ONLY do business with vendors that have favorable ratings here on Angie's List.
