lFrom the begining when Mike came to estimate the job to the end today all i can say is 'AWESOME' Mike was very professional and laid out the job the way it was done. Let me say this first I called Atlas Fence to come an all he gave me was a song and a dance....wouldnt do the job the way i wanted would not garrentww it if they did it my way and charged me 1500 more then All Island. They came in said it would take bout 2 days they did it in ONE cleaned up and gone. LET ME SAY THIS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT FENCE JOB DONT LOOK NO FUTHER very reasonable, clean and professionable. RECOMEND THEM HIGHLY........

It went well. They were very professional and the installation was done very well. The Poly fence was installed with galvanized pipe and filled with cement so its very strong, same with the stoop railings.

Everything went well. Workers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. Cleaned up and finished in a timely manner.

They've been very pleasant. They have been very responsive and answered calls. The owner came out, looked at the house and the property. They've been very attentive.

We had Long Island Fence do some work for us a few years ago and I recently had them complete a second job in our yard. The salesman Bob Lundy was great both times and did a great job explaining what to look for as well as what to look out for when comparing companies and qualities. Our first project survived hurricane Sandy with no problem so quality along with price is quite important. We had a minor install problem with the driveway gate but they resolved it the very next day to our complete satisfaction. The job manager came out himself to make sure that we were happy with the resolution. Very professional and I have no reservations recommending All Island Fence

They arrived early and on time. Worked all day to get the job done. It was completed in one day and we have a huge yard! They even added an extra piece to cover our pool filter at the end of the day, when we realized it had been forgotten because we requested that piece later after our original quote. They worked with us and got it. It came out great too. The foreman matched this piece to the existing fence by adding the same number of columns, so the two fences, the short pool filter fence and the yard fence were parallel and matching with each other. It was a good idea! I give this company an A rating. The only reason we gave the cost a B was because this was an expensive job, but it would have been expensive for white pvc anywhere.

Early start. They needed water to operate the core drill. I had to turn the outside faucet on. It's a good thing the weather was getting warmer. They would have been out of luck if I refused to turn the water on.

Company did a great job installing the fence and salesman / customer service was great. The one downfall is the bank that they give their customers to use to finance the job they did. ENERBANK is down right horrible and I suggest you use another way of financing. I cant say it enough though, All Island did a great job.

Process was incredibly simple. Michelle came out measured property and discuss a few special details that we needed. Gave a very fair price. I called Michelle two weeks later, she came back over and revised her design to incorporate some changes we wanted. Less than two weeks later, fence was installed. I have learned to lower my expectations when it comes to contractors. Not the case with All Island. The guys did what we asked and even went beyond our expectations in a few areas. Everyone we dealt with in the company did more than they said they would do. They keep in constant communication, which is much appreciated. If they said they would be here at 9:00 am, they were here and ready to work. We could not be happier with the employees, the installation, and the product. All Island did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them.

Beautiful results. Gate and posts were perfect. Good crew NEAT Organized and good troubleshooting skills. Communication was great. Artistic vision in laying out the difficult positioning of this fence.

They were very professional and went above and beyond to make-sure we were happy with installation. Clean up was great , would highly recommend.

Scheduled appt for estimate. After waiting for 25 min past time I called office. They didn't know why sales rep did not show. They told me that they would check and call me back. 10 min later the office called back and asked me if they would be able to reschedule, that something came up and the salesperson could not make it. They said sales person was trying to contact me with no luck. Bull! No voicemail, missed calls or even the salesperson alerting the office that there was a problem. Funny I got 2 phone calls before that including the return call from office. Bad excuse. The office didn't seem to concerned about the sales rep not showing. I know who I will b using for the railings I needed. Someone else!

They are fabulous. They are overly responsive, excellent workmanship, professional, timely. They are knowledgeable, nice, honest and pricing was excellent.

Found All Island from Angie's list and their price was competitive with several other large fence companies. We were pleased with Michelle our salesperson who showed up as scheduled and spent about 2 hours with us going over details. It was frustrating however when she returned to take measurements of our neighbors properties, since it was a multi-house job, and she could not locate her original measurements/sketches and had to re-do them. The work was scheduled for 5/18/13 and the men showed up on time. The foreman spoke mostly Spanish so he had another man serve as his "translator." They seemed unaware of what was discussed with Michelle so we had to go over it with them again. The workmen did seem to do a good job, speaking to us if and when any issues came up along the way. They fixed anything we asked. For example, they pulled a piece of gutter off the house to fit a fence post, and reattached it when we noticed. They came back the next day to finish. Unfortunately it was raining so we had to check things over in the rain. They hung the gate, even though Michelle had suggested we wait a couple of days for this, but when we spoke to her she said she "trusted her workmen." Within a day or two we began to notice issues (e.g., gap between post and fence panels, screws sticking out of hinges, etc.), and our neighbors had some issues with their gate as well. Juan, a repairman came to fix the neighbor's fence--they were smart and did not pay in full, as we did. We showed him the issues we had, and said he would fix them. It took OVER a month for him to come and take care of everything, this was with countless calls to both him and Michelle. Juan finally said we would need a new gate and it would cost us an additional $150. After a phone call with Don it was done at no extra cost, but there were STILL issues, mainly a gap between the gate and the post. Juan said the only way this could be fixed was to reset the post. No surprise, this didn't happen when it was supposed to, but they finally did come. The men actually dug out and installed the opposite post which we thought they were going to, but the gate FINALLY seems to look right!!!---three months later!!! They also put metal rods into a couple of the bottom rails in some sections of fence. We think this is because we complained of their sagging, although Juan said a certain amount of sagging is normal? Bottom line, if you use this company we STRONGLY hope you do not have any issues. If you do, it will be a LONG time, and A LOT of frustration/aggravation to get them resolved. This company will not survive if they do not improve their customer service and relations. We sure hope the product itself holds up!

Initially I feel we started off on the wrong foot as I felt I had poor follow up from a salesperson. When I called to complain, I was greeted with such courtesy and professionalism - a welcome experience. Additionally I received an instantaneous response to fix the problem. I really couldn't ask for more. The job was done promptly and well. In addition, when I changed my mind right before installation about using PVC instead of aluminum again they could not have been more accommodating. Michelle was my salesperson and she was a perfectionist and kind to boot. A great experience - I would heartily recommend them.

Started out great, with Don promising to "throw in" this and that. Problems started when I called to award the job. I waited 2 days for a response, and when none arrived, I called. I was given various excuses but was assured they would book the job. weeks of calls went unanswered, and, when a date was finally offered, they put me off time and again, until, in utter frustration, 2 months after awarding the job, I had to find a new contractor.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Price was fair but decided to go with different company.

They did well. I think there is one thing they could have done better when they cemented the fence but overall, they did well. They could have made it even and blending it with the existing tiles. The cement is sticking out and not pleasant to the eyes but I didn’t catch it.

Delays, Delays, Delays Late April: Salesperson Michelle took measurements of the fence that we wanted to replace. She gave us a quote and was professional. Early May - Contract: We called Michelle back to sign the contract. She measured the fence again and the quote came out the same. We signed the contract on May 1. She said that the job would be completed within 2 weeks of signing; contract states completion during the week of May 20. Michelle said the engineering team would call us within 3 ? 5 days. Mid May ? Scheduling: The engineering team did not call. We had to call them and they gave us a start date of May 16. On the night before May 16, they postponed to May 23. On the night before May 23, they postponed to May 29. Late May ? First Part of Installation: On May 28, they called to they would be there between 9:00 to 9:30. They arrived at 11:30. The actual work was decent. They attached the posts and fencing in one day. However, the gate was missing. They told us to wait and that the gate ?will be done when it's done?. All Island told us they may come on June 6 or 7 and if not, possibly next week. I called Michelle to voice our displeasure and she assured that the gate would be installed on June 6. Early June ? Second Part of Installation: They did not come on June 6. They did not come on June 7. They called on June 7, they said that the gate will be installed on June 9. On June 9, they said that they will install the gate on June 11. They arrived on June 11 five hours late. The actual work took less than an hour. However, they did not bring the latch hardware. They returned the next day to install the latch. Summary Do not do business with All Island Fence if you value your time. Be prepared for week-long delays.
